My doctor's office had made a mistake with my prescription and the staff at Osborn Drugs went above and beyond to make sure I got my medicine. They made multiple calls and worked very hard to help me out. I SO appreciate their assistance and helpfulness!

Slow every single time I go honestly I will change where I have my prescriptions filled ill drive the extra half hour to get quality service instead of people trying to charge me even though I've given my ins info irresponsible and greedy! I'm truly disappointed

Not responsive. Only medical supply store in Vinita but slow at best and do not assist customers to get the medical equipment they need. If you can, go somewhere else.

The lady that worked Saturday 1/8/21 had beyond horrible customer service skills. Super rude, very short. I love Osborns in Miami but I'll never use this one again. Seemed we put her out making her work.

Poor service. Filled a partial and told me to get the authorization from dr. Putting thee burden on me. This is not how it’s done. This is lazy on the pharmacies part. I worked in a doctors office in Tulsa. The pharmacy always notified the doctor. Then the pharmacy notified the patients. I would not recommend this pharmacy an will have family move.

I like Osborn because it's better than Walmart, but I sure wish they would be more consistent and not drop the ball. I have moved my standard meds away from them because of inconsistency, to mail order but left my as needed there as well as durable medical equipment. today I call to check on a med that I called yesterday about, only to be told they never sent the refill request over. Now I have to wait another day waiting for doctor to refill. Get you ducks in a row Osborn, before I start calling you WALMART who can't get anything right.
