Usable bathrooms but was dirty and grimy. Used the family restroom because the men’s room only had one stall which was occupied.

Women visiting this location beware. Men will walk into the womens restroom because apparently the sign is too small or obviously can't read.

We have always used this as one of our stops driving from Missouri to Oklahoma and Texas. It has changed quite a lot over the years. At one time there wasn't a gigantic McDonald's up top but there has always been food available upstairs. It's a super convenient stop right before the toll depending on your direction because the cash register in the Kum& Go downstairs is set up so that cash back is available with purchase as a different option to the fee charging ATM that they have inside. And just a little pro-tip: If you go upstairs for food make very sure to go back down the correct side (each is identical) or you will totally freak out when you go outside and don't see your vehicle. Speaking from experience. This has been a travel pitstop for me since childhood growing up in Springfield, MO.

The building has a great view of the highway. The women’s restroom wasn’t as clean as advertised. The McDonalds kiosks were all closed down. Overall decent, mostly an interesting view. There is also a gift shop upstairs.

This location is so sad to me. They use to have this cool McDonald’s history museum upstairs that you could go to for free and then eat at the McDonald’s inside. This was a nice little break for kids during a road trip. But they do have clean restrooms and great coffee.

No soap in 3 of the bathrooms. Bloody trash cans overflowing inside women's restroom stalls. All seat covers were not refilled. Spilled soda, french fries, and receipts all over the upstairs' floor. Flies everywhere. Flies inside the donut case. The entire place, restrooms, McDonalds, both sides of the gas station, and Subway was filthy.

Nice wide pump area that is covered though if it's really windy, not so much. It's nice that the prices are not jacked up!Inside the "Oasis" is a McDonald's and a Subway. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. And free wifi.

It serves its purpose….the downstairs women’s restroom was halfway working, one of the two soap dispensers were out of soap and one of the two dryers didn’t work. The only good thing is that they do have a upstairs restroom by the McDonald’s and Subway. So I wish I went upstairs with my kids, but then again, who knows if that was even better than the one downstairs. We were able to obviously get gas and food as it’s a rest stop.

Friendly staff and a clean, amazing location! Watch traffic from the arch while you catch a meal and charge your phone, then park and sleep if you need to.

The gas awnings had water dripping from them with no rain. The cashier was very rude set on his rear end when I asked for change for the turn pike I was told they can give you change. Was looked very rudly because I am a driver and had driven most of the day and my legs were hurting. This older guy seriously needs a new poker face and some attitude adjustment I won't stop here again.

Incredibly rude cashier. I politely advised him the water in the mens restroom was way too hot for my young sons’ hands. He quoted the temperature of which the water needs to be to burn and then cited the waters actual temperature. A simple blow off of “we’ll look into it” would have been fine. Store is dirty and busy-which is to be expected with the amount of traffic. If you can avoid this stop, I would. It’s overrated.

This "Kum & Go" is so dirty ugh the stairs to up to the food court were so sticky your shoes get stuck on the stairs of how dirty they are! Not to mention the food court it self! Every table there was filthy I had to wipe down my own table to eat! It was so disgusting I could not wait to leave. The workers from McDonald's and Subway had the worst attitude like I get it that you don't like to work but go work somewhere where you don't have to see people! For you to get your order in at Subway you basically had to go pull the workers from inside the kitchen! Anyways bottom line super disgusting filthy sticky and just unbearable worst "Kum & Go" ever

Subway the nicest young lady was awesome she took time and made my meal just the way I needed it . I gave her a ten dollar tip . Thank you if I’m a truck driver who’s also staying the night here , so if I past back through here which I’m sure I will , then subway it is. Ty
