“I went in with 7.6 A1C and not able to do any of the workouts without them being modified. My A1C is now 6.0 after 5 months and I am able to do almost everything without it being modified after a year. I highly recommend CrossFit Vinita. Coach Chris is the best. There is a place for everyone! 5 star service at it’s best!”
