I can’t thank Shelly, Donny and Kaleb enough for what they did for my youngest son! He was still driving his first car and ready to make a change into something newer and more reliable and we went in with no big expectations but these guys got him into a brand new car with amazing deals and even a first time buyer program. They answered every question we had and hid nothing! I recommend anyone looking to trade or buy to definitely go here first! You guys are awesome and made my sons dream a reality so thank you for that!!!

My SUV was showing a code for the RSC with a red blinking light and a loud alarm sound, that happens randomly when driving. This is why I made the diagnostic appointment. Instead of solving this issue, they said that I needed catalytic converters, EGR Valve, transmission sensor, and EVAP system smoke test.
Cost: $2700 plus parts.
They said they could not duplicate the RSC concern that I had. As I drove away from the dealership, the RSC code came on and the alarm went off.
I'm out $180.40 and still need the RSC code fixed. Other than the RSC code problem, my SUV drives perfectly.
Also the service manager tried to sell me a used car, 2004 lincoln towncar, 165,000 miles for $6800, since they couldn't fix my RSC code.
I'm a 69 year old woman and feel like I was being taken advantage of.
I took my SUV to a mechanic out of town and it is being fixed!

Place is awesome!! They helped me get a brand new car at 21 years old with no issues whatsoever. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them if you’re wanting a nice car for good prices!

I bought my Ford Lightning from Green Country Ford and it was one of the most relaxing, stress free vehicle purchases I have ever had. Jaedon, the salesman was very laidback and helpful. It was like he was there just for me, phone calls were answered right away, replied very quickly to any text I sent him and he just made me feel like I was his only customer, spoiler, I was definitely not his only customer, however, he did go above and beyond. Caleb in finance was awesome and laidback as well, no pressure finance and he made me feel like his whole goal was to keep the family atmosphere going as long as possible. Donny the manager also very friendly and he provided a lot insight when Jaedon was not certain on some purchase options. Like I said, the best experience I have ever had and I am sure everyone will have the same great experience that I had at Green Country Ford.

My Truck broke down on 44 16 miles from Vinita at 3:30. I got it to Green Country and Mike in service was very good at helping me not only getting the truck in to assess the problem but also hotel accomendation and transporation to hotel. Highly recommend green Country and Mike!!
