Extremely expensive. Got towed from McDonald in town (10 mins away from their their lot) and cost $220. Don't recommend to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Thought my battery was dead. Went to Oreilly's to check. Battery was good and Oreilly's charged it. Truck still wouldn't start. I called D&K for a tow to the local mechanic. The guy on the line saved me a tow by telling me to put the vehicle in neutral and then try starting it. Started right up. These guys are in my address book now.

This business is shady, shady, shady. They charge for storage and then charge random 'cash-only' fees to get stuff. They need to be looked at by the BBB and several other organizations which we will definitely be looking at.

This place is the worst ever. My son and his family were in a bad accident coming home to Oklahoma. This was the towing service used after they were taken to the hospital (his wife and our two grandsons, 7 & 8 years old) my son tried calling the towing service to get there stuff in the morning and the guy pitched a fit since he wasn't getting all he could out of the insurance company for storage fees. My son explained he was from Indiana heading home for a visit and they didn't even have a change of clothes. They had to transfer my 7 year old grandson to children's hospital in Tulsa for observation because of a bruised lung so his wife went with him while he and our other grandson stayed behind to get their stuff since we were on our way to get them. They called the guy at 9 and the guy was horrible again and said they had to wait until noon so they could charge the insurance company more charges for another day since the insurance company could send someone after the car to pick it up. Plus they made my son pay cash to retrieve their belongings. This is a very horrible shady place. Do not in any circumstances use this business! This is just a snippet of what they put my family through.Service: Special vehicle towing

Just called for an emergency tow and hung up on me. Poor Customer Service. NOT 24HRS LIKE IT SAID. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY TOW NEEDED THEY WILL NOT HELP.

Rude. They tow 24 hours, but you will be left waiting on someone for hours to get your car back.

Fast service, the driver was very friendly and the price was very good for an after hours tow. They also have uhaul trailers available. Would recommend.

This place over charged me by hundreds of dollars i got the same service done in less time In ohio and they charged me $500 less for the same services as D&K...... the customer service is horrific they can't communicate like a normal person they are rude and inappropriate their quality is disgusting I can't say enough negative things about these people. But charging me more then $500 dollars more then anyone else should say it all...DONT COME HERE!
