I dropped my car off the 25th of July. They told me exactly what I did wrong to it. Told me insurance had to inspect it, gave me an estimated day it would be done. I called that day because I haven’t heard anything. I get something else & a different day. Okay cool that happens. I call that day they gave me, now they give me an estimate between more different days. I call on the last day they gave me & told me they had to order a new radiator (which they knew they needed when I dropped the car off) now it’s on back order. I was told that other shops had some & they were working on getting one they would call me back in an hour. Never got a call back. I call this morning get told the same thing again. It’s on back order. So i told them what I was told & they said “they would call me back” that’s all I’ve been hearing for almost 3 weeks now. I’m tired of being told different things. I’m very annoyed & upset. I had to make a payment for a sitting car I can’t drive bc they can’t figure out how to tell the correct information or can’t order the part until last minute. -Hailie

Trading in a vehicle should be a breeze, but it's been nothing but a complete headache. They sold me a vehicle and then put me in a loaner, for weeks, while they got the right brake parts in. I drove to Vinita again and got my vehicle, drove it across the street and drove it right back. No working AC. They put me in another loaner. A week and a half later and I got my vehicle, i immediately noticed grinding noise but was told new brakes can grind. Fast forward not even a month and I had someone else look at it because it was BAD, they DID NOT change the front brakes and also had bad rotors. I took it in to the service dept at Jay Hatfield and they told me to pay $500+ for them to fix them. Ignoring the fact they sent me out in a vehicle with bad brakes after telling me they fixed the brakes. I was treated terribly when I wasn't the one that screwed up. The brake pads were down to the metal! Will NEVER use this dealership again and will make sure I tell everyone not to go here. Should be ashamed taking advantage of a single mother.

Extremly impressed with this dealership. Manager Jacob kept in touch with the status of my new Chevy TB Custom Truck.
Manager Jerry was extremely hospitable and friendly.
Rick J. was my salesperson. He was phenominal, cordial and a Class "A" quality representative for Jay Hatfield Chevrolet.
George, the finance manager was friendly, quick, smooth and knowlegable.
A great team of staff working for their customers from the introduction to leaving the lot in a new vehicle.
I reside over an hour from Vinita. But, I am so impressed with these folks that I am willing to travel and make Jay Hatfield Chevrolet "My Dealership."
Good job Folks. Mr. Hatfield should be proud of these staff members!
