441915 US-60, Vinita“Hi, I just wanted to say that we here at Larry’s Body Works strive to do an excellent job for our customers, and want to thank each and every one of you for selecting us and thank you for the reviews.I would like to just explain a few things:We are required by the insurance companies to get aftermarket parts and they don’t always match the fit perfectly like the original factory part did that came on your vehicle. The guys do everything they can to get them to match up.There are also occasions when the insurance companies won’t approve damage they believe is a result of the customer’s negligence.Example: transmission damage, vehicle driven directly after wreck and shouldn’t have been due to loss of fluids.We are required to follow insurance rules and guidelines or we don’t get refunded for any supplemental work so the customer blames us.Sometimes we get sent wrong parts or parts are on backorder for long periods of time. Situations that are out of our control.We always tell our customers to call us with any questions and concerns so we can work to resolve any problems.We always say we wish all the satisfied customers would do a review, but it usually just seems to be the few that are unhappy but don’t tell the whole story because they want to hurt our business.We hope this helps!!Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim”

“Thought my battery was dead. Went to Oreilly's to check. Battery was good and Oreilly's charged it. Truck still wouldn't start. I called D&K for a tow to the local mechanic. The guy on the line saved me a tow by telling me to put the vehicle in neutral and then try starting it. Started right up. These guys are in my address book now.”
“There I was, there I was, there I was... In the Congo... Ok, maybe it was Grand Lake... but things were not going right and I felt like I was lost in the Congo. While setting up the RV for our stay we had some things go wrong... I called Cabin Creek RV and they had what I needed! I won't go into great detail about what I might have done wrong while de-winterizing my rig, but I do want to highlight that they (especially the extremely nice lady helping me) saved the day!!
