Vian Okla postal service is terrible in our community. I have lived in a gated community here for 18 years. We had good service
up to a few years ago. Our mail lady quit back then & the girl that
took over our route was good at first. But now package's show being delivered that have not. To day I had two packages shown
Delivered on my e- mail. We have a community mailboxes. I went
Down, open my box & had two of my neighbors. I took them to
My neighbor & ask her if she got mine. No! This has happen twice
this mouth.

Sadly very unhappy with my experience. I overheard them saying unpleasant things about me and my family because my packages from Amazon didn't include my last name BUT they were able to mail one of three with the same name and address. ??? I don't know why they had to make it a point to be rude about it when Sallisaw post office handles my packages just fine.

Been doing business with them for 40 years. They have always been nice and helpful to me. It's all and how you approach people. Ms Patterson

Never tell me I have packages or my packages are damaged! Very rude attitudes also from the lady’s behind the counter.

They make me put my mail box 2 blocks away and it's up hill if I want to get mail for my house. I am disabled and am not able to climb hill to get mail. I have discussed this with post office for years and they keep telling me I have to put box up there or get a post office box at post office. Not very handicap friendly.
