“Very nice gym with a lot of free weights. Very clean, open 24/7 (front desk is open 7am-7pm), staff is friendly and helpful. They do offer childcare in the morning, if you need that. Variety of cardio machines, as well. They also offer tanning at a great price! Overall I am very happy with my membership and plan to keep it for many years.”

“I have been an avid CrossFitter since 2012 and worked out at 40-50 different gyms. I can honestly say this is one of the best CrossFit boxes, not only the OKC area, but it’s one of the best I’ve ever seen. Coaches are incredible, they know you by your name the second you walk in, it’s clean and welcoming, and the people are the best! I drive 30 miles past several gyms just to be part of this awesome community. I would leave 10 stars if it was allowed. You won’t regret it!”
“I was able to get certified while in town for a work event. I combined a weekend class with private lessons, which provided the flexibility to get certified within a week. Scubabros (Zach and Mike) are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, patient! They have an awesome operation and will make any beginner feel comfortable with the equipment and techniques needed to dive safely. I can't recommend them enough! I am most appreciative that with private lessons, they were able to get my dives in before I left town! This was extremely convenient and totally worth the difference in price for a private setting and one on one lessons.”

“By far the best gym around, everything is clean and well kept. Jason is a wonderful personal trainer, he takes the time to make sure you are doing everything right so you don't injure yourself. The gym has a family atmosphere where you feel comfortable to work out and also ask if you need help. Open 24 hours a day, right in the heart of mustang and Jason has taken every precaution to make sure the gym is secure and safe to come alone at night. Highly recommend this gym in every aspect!”

You can’t beat everything Four Star offers for what they charge, all the facilities are kept well maintained, not to mention this location has a turf area and a great selection of machines and free weights. Garrett is the best at costumer service, always attentive and with a great attitude you can tell he loves what he does!”
“I searched for a month at gyms around Mustang and Yukon area and I chose this one cuz it’s in good area, not crowded, good equipment and multiple rooms. Only reason it’s not a 5star is cuz the 12 month commitment.”

“Excellent variety of equipment. Always clean with an emphasis on cleaning the equipment. The owners are great people and so are the people that frequent the gym. I love the fact that there is a good mix of ages represented, especially since I just turned 76 and still love to workout.”
