Drove an hour to the winery with family that came from out of town, arrived at 4pm when they said they would close at 5pm and they were closed. No explanation or post on their social media to say they were closing early. Would not have wasted my time driving if we had known!

Came here for an event (Gender Reveal) and knew right away it was going to be a cute place! As you drive up you see the plantation for two different establishments and the parking lot is large enough to hold all you could imagine for the different types of events the host. I will say, the ones who hosted the event claimed us was family friendly so my nieces would feel welcoming & entertained but that's not exactly true. They have this large swing type thing on the patio so the girls took turns playing on it but that was about it. They also had a child's table where they could sit but again, nothing else. The drinks were great and it was fun that you could try each frozen drink before buying (as this is a winery tasting) but I will at the staff was not exactly friendly. Maybe because they were hosting an event while still juggling being open to the public but they were not receptive to answering a lot of questions. I will definitely be back for an adults only visit in hopes my experience could be better!

Very poor management. We’ve visited a few times and the service and wine were good. My mom recently moved to OK and was excited to hear there was a winery so close to home, so we went at 5pm on a day they were scheduled to be open 2-10pm. No one was there, the CLOSED signs were up, but no explanations. We had brought a picnic dinner with us to eat on the patio, as people often do, so we decided to go ahead and eat before leaving. I pulled up these reviews to see if there might be some explanation and learned that this happens frequently. As one reviewer said, they should post their hours as “whenever they feel like it.” I agree. I’ve never seen such poor management. What a way to treat customers who sometimes come from far away, all for nothing. When we were half way through our dinner, an employee stopped by just long enough to tell us they were closed and that we needed to leave. What a slap in the face! They need to put up a gate if they’re so worried about liability. It seemed like such a treat to have a winery just around the corner, but after this experience and reading the reviews, my family has written them off and won’t bother going back or bringing them new customers. I just can’t imagine why they would ruin this great idea of a business with such unprofessional actions and poor customer service. If they get new management before they’ve run it into the ground, I hope they get the word out, because I’d love to go there again.

Definitely DO NOT recommend them! Signed up for a painting class that they cancelled. They are now refusing to refund the money. Nowhere on their site, advertisement or checkout did it say nonrefundable. I would understand not refunding if it was my fault for not showing or something but they cancelled the class the day of.

I was there for the Tuttle Car Show. The outside of this venue is simply awesome.

wasn’t even open when hours say open. seems like it’s never open when they’re supposed to be. maybe change it to “open when we feel like it”

My wife and I are traveling the country in our fifth wheel. They are part of the Harvest Host program. I am glad they are! What a great location. Plenty of parking. The venue is fantastic. They have a great outdoor seating area where you can sip at your wines. The service was very nice. The wines were also good. We really enjoyed the Riesling. The merlot was nice as well. If you are in the area and are looking for a nice place to stop I would recommend this location.

I recently officiated a wedding at Coal Creek’s venue. I was very unimpressed by lack of support staff from the venue, the fact that both during the rehearsal and the ceremony, it was hot inside the building (imagine, it was August), and the bartender scoffed at me for simply asking for a cup so I could get water to drink. I wouldn’t write a poor review as a business owner, unless it was warranted, but I would consider other options for a large event until they improve their management/staffing. On a positive, the winery was temp cooled, and seemed like nice place to meet up with Friends and little ones.

In regards to the Great Divide show;VIP setup was not valued for the price. When general admission gets the equivalent, i.e. stage front access, beer and wine same as VIP, porta potty closer than VIP restroom, food was only in GA area. GA could park in VIP area if they paid extra. I could have paid GA + $20 parking and still come out cheaper than a VIP ticket. Limited handicap parking, no motorcycle parking. The whole 1st row of parking at the gate was police cars. Just not planned very well overall. The topper would be all the armed police waiting for something to happen.

Definitely not worth the drive to Tuttle. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Much better places in OKC to spend the evening.
