Brought my F150 in today and the attendant guided me in but never never placed my big mirrors inside.. After I had bugs still left on the front and on the windshield and the tires were not dressed. I then approached the lady at the front to ask her if I could make another pass as my truck still has bugs on the front and on the mirror and I didn’t receive any tire shine as I paid for… I was then told the tire shine was broken and if I wanted to come back through the wash I’d have to pay another 30.00.. Absolutely ridiculous… Do not recommend.

I have a bit of a car cleaning obsession, and Zips Car Wash is my go-to for keeping my car spotless. No matter where I am in Tulsa, there's always a Zips nearby, which makes it super convenient for my busy schedule. The staff is fantastic, especially Robert at the Riverside location—he always gives me great advice on detailing and keeping my car looking its best. The customer service is consistently excellent at all the locations I've visited across Tulsa. If you're looking for convenience, quality, and friendly service, Zips is definitely the place to go!

My car looks good now. The team was really nice. I had some bird poop that wouldn't come off so they told me to come back through and run it again. Nice and clean. Great customer service. Jimmy was cool. Will visit again.

I paid $25 for the premier car wash or whatever name they have. The most expensive one they offer. The car wash hit my car so hard I thought something was going to break. But I thought oh well if it’s hitting that hard surely my car will be clean afterwards. Car wash finishes. I pull around to the vacuums. I notice a bunch of water spots all over the passenger side, dirt still all over both my front and back bumper. Literally the only reason I give 2 stars is because the vacuums worked so incredibly well. Even though the vacuums worked as well as they did I will still not come back to this car wash.
