Nicolas helped me find the perfect engagement ring here! I shopped all over town and this was the only place I’d recommend going to. Jake and Yvonne helped me with the sizing. Everyone treated me kindly and there was no high-pressure sales tactics, just good people genuinely interested in helping me out.

We had the best experience with Jon. We went in knowing very little about jewelry but he took the time to explain to us what we were looking at and how it would benefit us. Answered all of our questions and treated us as if he had known me and my friends for years. Will definitely return to shop with him.

We have been trying to do a cash return for months, continuing to be told they have no cash at the store. We have tried in person, tried over the phone, today we tried to get a check return and now are being told it's too long for any return. We advised how many times we have tried but this worker was extremely unprofessional and rude to us. When we asked him for his name he refused to give it to us. They are all for selling to you but do not want to help when you have issues.

I have been shopping at zales in Woodland Hills mall and over and over I have been blown away with how amazingly helpful they are. Jake has been the person that typically helps me and is probably one is the reasons I keep coming back. He is super helpful, has a great eye and even better personality.
