Yale Cleaners located at 91st and Yale lost my $80 shirt. I was suppose to get a call back but never did. So it’s been a couple weeks and I called them again. I’m supposed to get a call back from the manager today. Who knows… that manager was suppose to call me a few weeks back but failed to. I don’t trust “the guys in the white hat”. I’ll just go somewhere else but I want my shirt back or $80 bucks back.

I wish 0/5 was an option. I am very dissatisfied by the service… they ruined my buttons on my blazer. I was still fine until The so call manager there tried to tell me my buttons was not well manufactured so it the manufacture responsibility on top of stating some laws that was not making the company liable for the damages, How about apologizing first on behalf of the company? I will never go back to that place.

Garrison at Yale cleaners was a huge help to us. We had a bridesmaid dress that needed to be cleaned. He did a fantastic job and really helped us out of a bind. Great customer service and great care in detail. Thank you ,Garrison.

NEVER, EVER, GOING BACK!!! I don't know how many times I've gotten clothes back that have random stains on them that were not on them prior and weird marks in the clothes too. Only reason I kept going back was because they would fix the problems with no charge. But the cherry on the top was when I dropped off a BRAND NEW, EXPENSIVE bra that I accidentally got dirty and I was worried about washing it myself so decided to take it to Yale's. I dropped it off with some other clothes and it wasn't until a few weeks later, after picking up my laundry, that I realized my bra was missing. I called and they said they THROW AWAY ALL BRAS, UNDERWEAR, AND SOCKS!!! I can completely understand this rule for nasty and dirty undergarments but mine was obviously brand new! Plus I never received a phone call or any type of notice that my bra couldn't be washed. I asked why wasn't I notified and they said they didn't want to embarrass me!?!? The account is under a female's name and I'm the only one who drops off the laundry!? Even after calling and filing a complaint with corporate, they said they wouldn't do anything about it and refused to credit me for the inconvenience. Btw, I looked all over the store and online and there is NO written notice of this Throwing away undergarments policy!! ANYWHERE!! So I will never be back and will look for a mom and pops place instead where they actually care about their customers and their community because Yale's doesn't. Rant over.

I had posted the below review and in less than an hour I received a phone call from the Yale cleaners at 91 and Yale manager offering to take a look at the clothes I was disappointed in to see if they can get the smudges out of. I am so very impressed that they wanted to make my experience and keep my satisfaction, that I just had to change my review to a 5 star. Great service is getting more rare these days so when we actually do get it I am the first to say "I made a mistake" and re-evaluateI had over 10 items I had dry cleaned this week and only ONE item was actually Clean. the other items still had smudges on them but VERY Nicely pressed. I did not take them in to be pressed and cleaned, I was able to wash the small dirty areas with soap and water. 3 of the items were white cotton shirts that had makeup on the collar. One was a linen dress with spot on front and came clean after I rubbed with only water. I am SO disappointed !!! My total bill with credit card on my account 20% discount was still $63

No honesty or integrity when they make a mistake, find elsewhere to go really lousy staff and unprofessional. If I could rate neg 20 I would.

One star because this is now the 2nd time that they “misplace” one of my nice knits. First time it happened I chalked it up to I could have lost it somewhere but this time I’m certain my item disappeared while in their hands. Shame because I have always liked their level of service and reliability but will have to find a different location. I’m willing to change my review if they help me locate my items though.

I have used this location on multiple occasions and each time I have had issues. Today I went to pick up several pieces of clothing and the staff member dragged the clothes along the floor before handing them to me. When I informed her that the clothes were now covered in dirt from the dirty floor she dusted it off and asked if I wanted to take the clothing… No. I just paid to have them cleaned and I don’t prefer to wear clothing that you just dragged all over the dirty floor! I am done having to make multiple trips to this location in order to have properly cleaned clothing. With each encounter I have had at this location the front staff appears careless and annoyed to have to assist you. Today she was too busy talking on her phone via air pods to assist the customer.
