They did get the bill paid off and the situation was fix. The firm is very kind and nice for. She understood my intentions.

Accounts manager Debra is very nice to work with. She understood the situation and my intentions to fix the issue. The same cannot be said for one of her employees who was argumentative and hung up before finding a solution.
