Had to purchase two new iPhone today. My niece and nephew were excited about getting their phones. Zack took care of us, had previously bought my iPhone there two year ago and got some wonderful knowledge about product and help. Thank you Zack for all your help.

I came in to this store around 4 pm on a Monday with my iPhone 13 Pro Max that was completely destroyed, front and back. I was very worried about all of my pictures and messages among other important documents being lost due to me not having any backups. However, Miguel helped me out greatly and put on a new screen for me so that I could transfer my data to a different phone so that I could maintain all of my important data. 5/5 stars, if you are in my situation, definitely give Wireless World a visit!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away. I am very dissatisfied! I have used this company 4-5 times over the years, and each time it has been worse and worse.
Most recently, i took my iPhone 13 pro into the shop and got my screen and flashlight repaired. Within 3 weeks, neither was working. I went in and requested them to fix it(under warranty). They refused and accused me of lying. I had to buy an entirely new phone because of their poor quality of work, and refusing to honor the warranty which they told me it came with.
