Warehouse Market is a store that receives mixed reviews. Some customers have shopped there for a very long time and continue to love it, praising its decent prices and noting that its meat is liked better than at other area grocers. The staff are often described as really nice people, with specific mention of cashiers and employees who go out of their way to help. However, significant criticisms are frequently reported. Many customers believe the store functions as a secondary outlet for older products, noting a consistent lack of fresh items. Complaints include very little fresh light bread, with bread often seeming several days old, and products like frozen buns, milk, and tea being found weeks or even months out of date, sometimes still on shelves or in freezers. There are reports of molded food in sealed boxes. The meat, including hamburger, often has a bad smell when cooked and eaten. The product selection is seen as lacking, with many cheap brands, and the store is slow on restocking, with noticeable holes on the shelves. Some customers conclude they would rather drive the extra mile to a different supermarket.
