Better prices than the local grocery stores

I’m new in town and this Walmart was the closest to my home and the experience i got from one of the cashier was the best I’ve had so far , very polite and helpful. I love her energy and Walmart should be happy to such a good employee

Went through the self checkout and had a great experience with a cashier Marquita she helped me and went above and beyond. Went as far as helping ring up my veggies because I was having a hard time! I’m in this store once a week and it’s always a pleasant experience with her she’s always happy and smiling.

I must say the experience and assistance is no good here . Specially with self check out , the girl there was very judge mental immediately wanting to accuse of stealing, not only that, insisted that both people had their ID a drink , even though I was the one scanning the groceries and the one paying, never in my 10+ years have I experienced such a push. Almost felt racial, and oh yeah when we questioned her she said " the other walmart employees weren't doing their jobs that's why" here's goes a star, not only did I ask for her name at the end, she didn't want to give it, then once we left ran straight to the register looking for something, she didn't do that for anyone else?! I hope it's not to steal information, who knows . Definitely would hot want to go back there, never been treated that way, and thr attitude was excessive.

Witnessed two employees arguing with one another while I was in the self check out line. A manager was called and made the situation considerably worse. 5/5 will be shopping there again

Delivery driver FORGED MY receipt SIGNATURE & then became argumentative & hostile when confronted. I guess felony behavior & dishonesty is now okay for Walmart employees. Canceled Walmart+ membership immediately.

They kept taking my gf on the schedule because they did not need part time workers. She was hired only a month ago as a part time worker. Why hire in the first place...?

This has got to be the unhappiest place in the neighborhood. The employees are rude and have no interest in helping. There are more employees shopping for other customers than checking out or assisting. It’s all self checkout, with the exception of one attended checkout lane. The food selection was terrible. They didn’t have half the stuff I needed. Prices are sky high. I had to put back two items because they were expired. It’s time to look for alternatives. This place is sucking my soul dry.

I love how disrespectful all these employees are in this store. It really gives the public insight on how horrible it is to work for this company and under these managers, specifically. The employees shopping for customers can't speak English or they refuse to speak English. Either way, thats a huge problem for broken arrow. it's showing the lack of respect the hiring manager has for its customers. They don't care about communication, only sales. Customer service is the last priority in this store. They're even disrespectful as you try to check out if you use cash. I can't wait until AI replaces all those horrible employees that work in this store. The more these employees act in the manner they do, the less they will be missed when they're replaced by AI. This store makes me feel very very lucky that I don't work here. This store keeps me humble. Thanks Walmart

If I could give a zero I would! I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional their pharmacy staff are, namely susan. Rude to me, my provider. absolutely unacceptable! I’m sure this isn’t the only complaint they have had on their pharmacy staff. Yelled across the pharm space… I asked if they could come to the counter cause I couldn’t hear and that was just too much to ask because all the attitude and rudeness followed. So unacceptable

Most workers are polite and friendly here. Unfortunately, one employee named Nikki was very rude to me during a visit. I was trying to use my Mobil ID on the certified app (which I have done time and time before at this location.) Nikki would not accept it would not ask anyone else if it was acceptable. She was unhelpful and very rude throughout the whole interaction. She alone made me not want to return because I know she works often.

This is the second time I've been here. This place is not disability friendly. The people act like you're bothering them when asking for assistance. This is the only Walmart I've been to that's fully automated. When I inquired why there was no human cashier's. One, told me they heard if they had human cashier's. Then the prices would go up. This is false, anyone can goto any other Walmart and see a bunch of cashier's and the food price's are the same. This is one of the reasons unemployment is up.When I go shopping I want to feel my money is doing good for those who work at that company. So, I'll be changing store's and finding one that cares about their employees. A store who actually has cashier's. The one on Memorial is actually a half mile closer.I can only hope Walton's kid's shut this store down. This store has a 72 package of cheese. There's no price sticker that say's anything about $17. It looks like it's $4. Today, for essentia water. There was no price tag.The people at this location has failed their community. They think their job is only the one their job title is. It's like, that's not my job and I don't get paid enough to do anymore than my job.The Walton's kid's have failed this country and their father.

It's reported in the app to have an item and exactly where the item is, but when I get to the store the items is not there. How is this possible.

There are no cashiers most days, and the items I need have not been restocked in months. The label is there, but they pushed the other items in its spot. The creamer I buy, I have to watch the expiration dates closely. I've made it home at least twice with a creamer that was already 1 week past its expiration date. It's convenient and not too expensive, otherwise I would go somewhere else.

It's your local neighborhood Walmart. It's a great place for great prices. They offer delivery, pick up, and in store. Pretty much whatever your need they got it. The location is in a good place that has a lot of commerce and lots of nice neighborhoods.
