As of recent your employees seem to like vulgar and sometimes explitives, especially when kids are around. This is in several stores and states, and corporate wonders why people like me are willing to pay more to go elsewhere? They are losing monies because of this. We just left and ordered out, let the employees put things back on the shelf. A loss of about $153

Have not been in this particular supercenter in many years, and it will be my last. The customers base has greatly changed for many years ago. A lot of items were out of stock, shelves in disarray, the place just looked dirty.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping there when I am looking for speciality items. I bought a scale for making bread at a different store and paid twice as much. I told the sales clerk if I found it at your store I was bringing it back
I found it at your store took it back & the manager was like that's a Taylor good choice.
They returned it with no problem.

Me and my wife and family go there a lot and I always find what I want at a good price and the workers are helpful I gone to Walmart for years and me and my family love it thanks ?

If I had a choice to get what I need from anywhere else, I would but unfortunately most of what I need is in this place. There are never any cashiers and it ticks me off. PEOPLE need jobs, not robots.
Give People their jobs back and give them enough hours to get insurance. Walmart is a lousy corporation.

Place to delivery order at 10 AM given a window of 5 PM to 7 PM. Contacted support at 7:48 was finally able to cancel the order not expected for at least two more hours test for service manager stated they would give me a $15 promo code, checked my email. It is a five dollar promo code. Walmart thinks my hour on the phone with them was worth five dollars. It takes 30 seconds to make the payment an hour to get the order canceled and a refund but won’t receive my refund for up to 10 days , unacceptable. Absolutely acceptable.

So unprofessional of customer service, I returned/exchange item that’s missing part and they don’t do it because it’s dirty. I know i don’t have the receipt with me but how can they don’t take it back because the items is dirty? Where is the customer rights? This is not how Sam Walton start his business… learn from him and read his biography sometimes.

Needed a replace my watch battery, ask for help in the jewelry department. Someone came to help me. I asked the person I would you replace my watch battery and she said that they don't replace them anymore. I see that they have watches on display, to sell but no watch batteries. Go figure so I have to buy a watch knowing that this watch will need a battery in the future.
