There is Money Order policy they initiated that says you must provide ID for a Money Order purchase of $1000 or more. FTC sued Walmart for fraud and number one reason was lack of training. So instead of training they ID every Money Order purchase. I had to buy a Money Order for a coworker with expired ID so he could pay rent.

Store employees very rude walmart because of your associates you will and are losing money keep treating customers like thieves and you won't have any I bought a flashlight and sadly returned it

I shopped here today and found what I needed, but my experience at the self-checkout was disappointing. The self checkout I was using didn’t let me pay, so I politely asked for assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who helped me, an African American woman, had a very angry expression and did not hide her attitude. I was courteous and just needed help, but her unfriendly demeanor made the experience unpleasant. I hope Walmart can address this to ensure better customer service in the future.
