Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the employees, the price, the ease, speed, and efficiency of preparing my prescription. Plus it’s at an excellent location. Great place to receive vaccinations for flu, covid or shingles.

Unpacked my stuff into the hotel room and realized that I had nothing for dinner tonight. Not interested in dealing with hostesses and waiters and all of that, I decided to shop Walmart and see what I could see. I landed in the frozen aisle and picked up a box of keto friendly enchiladas, a tallboy of light beer, a bag of shredded cabbage and a cheap mixing bowl. I made cole slaw and it turned out okay. The store was pretty tidy. I found the things I wanted, the stocking was decent and the self checkout went speedily enough. Overall, a positive shop. This pharmacy is by far the worst I have used. They didn't run my script through my insurance and I asked them to verify, which it had not. Tech got an attitude, went and whispered something to the Pharmacist and that's when he came around to me and said "if you don't like it, go elsewhere but I guarantee you'll be back" I WON'T BE BACK EVER! Nor will I ever go to another Walmart Pharmacy.

Recently had to get a new i.d, they give you paper ones till you get yours in the mail and the pharmacist wouldn’t accept it, she said it had to be the actual id. So I offered another (expired) i.d I had and my social security card, still denied me my medication and told me to bring someone in with a id to get it. So I Just don’t recommend them if that’s they way they are going to handle things.

The grocery delivery service is terrible now. My last four orders didn't make it and all they seem to be able to do about it is issue a refund. They say it's Door Dashes fault but DD delivers my restaurant orders in a timely manner. Also kept transferring me to delivery manager when I asked for store manager.

Absolutely awful. 2 Rx's called in 1.21. 1 was filled the same day. The other wasn't ready for 6 days - on the 27th. Had to go to AR, made it back as quickly as possible after receiving the email notification that the 2nd Rx was ready because at this point, I'm completely out. It has never taken any pharmacy this long to fill this Rx. Called a few min before closing to let them know I was coming and apologized for cutting it so close. Got hung up on. (????) The manager complained about my not immediately picking up the 1st Rx, told me the 6 days had been so they could order the name brand, most expensive version, and that if I wanted the generic that I would have to start the script processing over - tomorrow. Then he gave me a lecture about how his employees wanted to go because they had been working for 10 hours straight. How about managing your staff scheduling a little better? Or calling to find out what the patient wants to do before making then wait a week for a very needed Rx? Or keeping appropriate inventories? Or speaking to patients with some level of respect or courtesy? I'm having my Rx's transferred back to where I was going before. It is worth the $400/3 months to never go through this again. This location needs to be investigated for fraud, kickbacks, and bad management practices.

I have been to the store three times in the last week looking for rifle shells for deer hunting. Each time I have gone to "this" store no one has been in the sporting goods area for customer assistance. On Friday I visited the store hoping that they may have a stock of ammunition in that I needed. I walked around, found a stick boy who was working a display. I asked him if he was working sporting goods, or could he help me get someone. He just nodded and said he didn't work in sporting goods and walked off. I continued to walk around and found someone in automotive. I asked her was anyone working sporting goods. She seemed to be bothered that I was bothering her, and as she was walking toward the sporting goods counter I asked her if they had gotten any stock of rifle ammo for deer hunting in the last three days. She exclaimed, "I don't know. If we got it it's there, you can see." At that point I was done. Third time, no help, "zero" customer service. I was going to buy ammo, at about $35-$40 dollars per box. Four bags of deer feed at $15 each, and a feed block, about $8. The location is near my house. I spend about $300 dollars a month on groceries at this location. Not to mention dig food, hair care products, etc. no more though. Many times I have gone to shop with a basket of products and two or three check out counters are working other than the self service. And not to have someone working in the sporting goods during the two weeks deer season is going on? How does store management allow that to happen. #wontbeback

This pharmacy needs to learn how to stock and do inventory. EVERY MONTH they are out of my medication and EVERY MONTH my medication is delayed 2-5 days due to them always being out of it and having to order it every single month!

Every single month they put my medicine on hold until I call them to tell them to fill it (after the doctor has already told them to fill the script)!! Then once I do call them to get it ready (since they have it on hold), then they don't even have the medication in stock and won't let me transfer it to another pharmacy that does have it in stock! So then I have to call my doctors office back and ask them to call it in to another pharmacy and then I wait an additional day for all of that to be done. Thanks for nothing!
