Calling to check on a prescription, they answer and say hold please and put you on hold without even giving you a chance to say a single word, here I am still on hols 37 minutes later.They need to figure out how to be more friendly and have better customer service. And to actually get back to the phone after they put people on hold!!!!

Horrible customer service. I talked to Denise before I drove to the pharmacy to get my scripts and confirmed that they received two scripts from my Doctor. She said they did and would both be ready in 20 minutes to head that way. I get there and she said one was out of stock. I found a Walmart pharmacy that had it in stock and tried to get it transfered but the script was deleted out of the system at Memorial. I spoke with the pharmacist at Memorial and she hung up on me. I'm very sick and needed my medicine. I will never ever use this pharmacy again and I wouldn't suggest anyone trust them if you are actually sick and really need something. Dealing with them has been a nightmare.

I had an issue recently and they reviewed the cameras and got to the bottom of it and straightened everything out. The pharmacy made things right with me and I thoroughly appreciate their effort to do so. Their prices are good as well.

I had to dress down two of your employees and an entire parking lot of people because they could not get me my grocery delivery in the fifty minutes I had waited. Now the fat employee and your short haired feminist both have complexes created by me. They were verbally berated and probably need some form of counseling. Also terrible service.

Literally the worst pickup service ever. Who leaves people in the lot for nearly an hour past the time you’re supposed to pickup? The fact that others came and got their groceries easily while they had us sitting there and never brought it out is stupid. That whole department needs new people. This is the second time I’ve had issues here, once with them double charging me and now this. Never using this service again

Ok.....it’s always a pain to have to write these but I think it should be said that the team in there is truly lacking communication and fail to resolve any type of issue with a particular prescription. I have tried for two days to get the second part for a prescription and they failed to let me know it wasn’t in stock. I think the work environment caters to letting the customer go somewhere else because that’s easier than resolving the issue.

Walmart is the worst company to work for and I was working here as a t roc employee. Mangers were making fun of me calling me retarded. I got let go because I had a seizure and a panic attack. That’s discrimination.

I have to admit, I dread going to Wal-Mart. Not just this one, all of them. However, todays 5am sale was so well organized. Employees were super friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter and I separated to tackle more ground. She went to go for the bigger items which there was only 6. She was 4th and the people and Employees helped her get it. She didn't even have ask.. I needed records from the pharmacy and after some initial confusion the pharmacy manager called me herself, after hours to help me. I was very impressed by the speed of response and that she took the time after her work day to assist. Thanks Ms. Tran, I truly appreciate it!
