If I could leave a 0 star I would. Their pharmacy is open whenever it wants to be. I’ve been trying to pick up a prescription for 2 days now and the pharmacy closes at odd hours even though it says it’s open online. My medication is insurance specific and I can’t have it transferred. This is actually a health issue for your customers.

So today I’m not impressed with their pharmacy. I have several discount cards for my daughter’s prescription and the lady that normally helps us is good at applying the lowest price from those discount cards. Today the lady that helped us was applying the highest price so I would give her another one to try to lower it and she would again apply the higher price to the prescription!! If this continues I will move her prescription somewhere else!! Very Annoyed~? Sounds like Walgreens’s is just a rip off anyway so after I’m done with these prescriptions I will go somewhere else. Hiking the price of baby formula too how sweet of you Walgreens ? see Walgreens it’s supposed to go down NOT UP!! You use the lower price!! So I called on Thursday May 30th and asked them to hold a prescription until Monday which is today!! Well I just received notice that the prescription was sent back instead of held like we agreed!!!! They don’t close until 6:00 pm and it’s only 12:30 now!!! WOW Walgreens’s you’ve really gone down hill, can’t wait to not have to deal with you anymore!!! ??

Don't waste your time. Walgreens is overpriced and notoriously slow for prescriptions so the ONLY reason I shop there is because you know what to expect. It's the McDonald's of drug stores... except for this location.On our way out of state and realized I left my allergy meds at home (Walgreens brand sold from behind the counter), so we found this store right on I-44 on outskirts of Tulsa. At 2pm on Saturday the pharmacy is closed. The employee said the pharmacy isn't open at all on the weekend. ? Never heard of such a thing. Ever.So unless you just want to overpay for makeup or OTC meds I'd just go to Walmart and skip this place altogether.

Their pharmacy will keep you from picking up non narcotic medications a few days early whenever they supposedly offer refills up to 10 days early. The rule has always been, if Insurance will cover it then you can fill and pick it up. They will lie and tell you Insurance isn't paying for it yet. Their so called pharmacy manager by the name of "chad" should absolutely not be a manager. He is rude and has no type of customer service skills whatsoever. Complaining to corporate is a waste of time. They won't change anything or fix what their pharmacy does wrong. They won't hold chad accountable for being so rude. They let their pharmacist make their own rules. Your best bet is Walmart pharmacy or a privately owned pharmacy. At least they know what they are doing. I have been speaking with Walgreens customer relations dept and it has done nothing to fix The situation. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Pharmacist “Chad” was rude and very unprofessional! I don’t see how he still has a job talking to patients the way he does! I will definitely be going to upper management! Never will I use this Walgreens EVER again!

I like that store I think the most..Just moved to the neighborhood and all the workers are great..Everyone of them are courteous helpful and nice..I know they have difficulties in these days and she's .Retail theft and such..But these guys everyone to theamager to stocker deserve raises..Don't know names or I'd say it..But Walgreens you got a good team in this store.

They have the worst customer service and as the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever come in contact with. They were over all extremely unhelpful and rude. 10/10 would NEVER recommend!!

Like everyone says about this place; it's literally the worst Walgreens I've ever been to and won't go back. The pharmacists have given me the wrong item 2 times and have the worst attitude. Not helpful at all and seem like they enjoy being jerks.U can tell they don't wanna be there and neither do l.

Says they are open til 9pm but last few days I have went at 6pm and the pharmacy is closed. Go to a different walgreens and they say it takes 3 days to pull rx's from that location. Some of us can't be days without our life sustaining meds. Very disappointed and very unprofessional
