Made appointment for 345pm. Took 2 hrs off from work to do test. Got here at 340pm. Only to get told sorry we cant help you because our test are expired.I asked what can u do for me because i already did my part and made appointment and took time off work. 5mins later they tell me its ok, "even tho it says exp. We are told they are still good to use so we will use it on you. ?

Avoid this store whatever you do. The disinterested service and lack of employees makes it a rough visit.Month later edit, I'm forced back again and regret it endlessly. Why doesn't this store have employees?Month later edit, one final pick up from hereThen I never have to waste hours of my life in line at this store.I'll never understand why these waits are so long. Last phone call was 2 hours to get answered, today its 30 minutes and the line has not moves.Don't waste your time hereGo literally anywhere else.

The customer service leaves alot to be desired! You should never cuss at your customers especially when they are minors! I think CVS is the place for me, right down the street. Also, word of mouth goes a long ways with other customers!

The personnel working at this pharmacy are apathetic and they have no concept of customer service or patient care at all. They don't even try to pretend to be helpful, and I've never had such a terrible experience with a Walgreens pharmacy.

I ordered a same day pickup photo order. After 2 days I still hadn’t gotten an email that it was ready. I called up there and they said it was ready. I went in the next day to pick up, waited at the photic counter for 15 minutes pushing their little button, and then I went to the cashier and asked if he was the only person working and he said yeah. I asked how long it would be before someone else could help and he said about 30 minutes. This was 5:15. The store was packed. There should NOT have only been one person working there.

Been on hold for over 45 minutes and still holding as I’m typing this!!! Just need to see if my meds finally got called in. This is ALWAYS normal with them!!!! I will be moving my meds- this is REDICULOUS.

DO NOT USE FOR A PHARMACY WHAT SO EVER!!! I filled my 6 month olds son for his reflux 2 weeks ago and it is supposed to be a 30 day supply and I have given him the correct dosing which I know how to do I do work at a doctors office and he is already out due to the lazy people in the pharmacy who can not fill a medication correctly this is the 2nd month this has happened and I sat on hold for 30 minutes for the pharmacist to tell me I can bring my empty bottle in and my syringe in to show me how to measure it like I am stupid. How about to teach your pharmacist how to measure correctly

Drive thru this evening for meds, not the first time. I have sat in long lines and waited. Tonight I arrived as the only one there. Today was the last day to pickup before they shelved it. Today is over when they close the store right? They shelved it. Someone pulled up behind me. The young girl told me, "there is someone behind you and you need to drive around", there was no please or thank you. The third time I pulled around at her request with the same rudeness I was behind some goodlooking man in a sports car. I sat behind him for 15 minutes, she didn't ask him to move. Then I finally get up thereand she asks for my info again with the scrip in her hand, she knew it was for me and acted like I was new. I told her I had already given that information and she knew it. What happened next, she walks away with product and payment card, when she returns she shoves it all in a bag and flings that door open at me. I had no idea where my payment card was. She had shoved it in the sack. I am so angry at the treatment i received. That was wrong.

Well unfortunately the hospital that I got my prescription from when I went to fill it they had actually put my name on there wrong. So when they started asking me questions like a former address and all that. I stated that never lived at that address but the woman didn't do nothing about it she went ahead and put my prescription in well since it wasn't in my name I had to get a new prescription written. I believe that if the pharmacy has a way of verification such as a past address or current address whichever and it doesn't match the person literally says I have never lived on that street in my life then maybe they need to go and look over the information on that prescription kind of ignorant if you ask me for somebody who has spent so much time in a school to get their degree in pharmacy maybe they need to pay attention to certain other details besides the pills

Told me my pick up wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow simple diapers and wipes. They were in stock. This location could use better employees. Thankfully someone else stepped in and did their job.

Went to check out and before I could enter my phone number for rewards the cashier just cashed it out and all they did was say sorry while another cashier standing there said its a force of habit. It should be a habit to ask like their suppose to.

My son has utilized this pharmacy for a few years. Initially there weren’t any issues procuring his ADHD medication. Once my corporate insurance changed from state insurance about a year ago, the pharmacy displayed many inconsistencies in the retrieval and/or allocation of insurance. These inconsistencies have negatively impacted my sons education because he can not attend school or other events without his medication, which is a narcotic so he can not have extra. I am at a loss for words as to how every month we have the same issue yet, nothing has changed in regards to the medication or insurance for a year. I acknowledge that due to Covid professionalism in most companies has taken a backseat to just showing up but this is intensely heartbreaking. If there were any inconsistencies on our part I would understand yet, the only issue is the individuals at the pharmacy have yet to allocate a system to mitigate this issue. We will find a new pharmacy because yet again my 11yr old son can not participate in certain functions due to there lack of professional prowess.

It took me like 30mins before someone pick up The phone and she was rude. She put me on hold and she disconnected the call. I am using different pharmacy now and definitely not a Walgreen.

Literally ordered a variety of 4x6 photos hours before for a same day pick up needed for a spontaneous birthday gift. Got here at my scheduled time to not only receive terrible customer service but also the sentence “You ordered 4x6’s online? Oh yeah. We ran out of those. Next in line!” The fact that they ran out wasn’t the problem but rather that I never received a call and the rudeness was very unexpected. Go somewhere else with your business.
