Terrible attention. Little staff. I went to take a photo for my passport and the photo was poorly taken. He treated me in a bad way and did not want to repeat it even though he had done it with reluctance and lack of empathy and professionalism.

Do not reccomend, spoke to Rosa and she was extremely inexperienced pharmacist. Had to repeat myself several times and she was unknowledgeable. Serious trust issues with people who don't know what they're doing and handling your PHI. Go to another Walgreens, you'll save your money time and energy. They deserve every bit of their poor ratings, heed the warnings.

Store hours say they open at 9. Store closed at 9:35. Change your hours online so people don’t drive to the store and find out it’s closed. No sign either.

This pharmacy location at 51 and memorial is horrible. We have switched to another location that is a bit further from me. But they are so much better on so many levels. First, they are open later and on weekends. 51 and memorial pharmacy closes at 6. That is horrible for working people. I get a text saying that my prescription will be held for five more days on a Thursday and I come to pick it up on Wednesday but they’re freaking closed on Saturday and Sunday so those two days should not be counted. But I had to wait for my prescription because they have got awful hours. I was unavailable to pick it up for a little bit, but I was able to make it within that time, or so I thought. They get things wrong. Today they had one lady working the counter at the drive through and the phones. Two other ladies were working and the pharmacist and one of them was just standing around running her mouth and looking at me waiting to even get acknowledged when I walked up. No team work work not customer service.

I'm so tired of this pharmacy. Such poor customer service. I have been In retail a long time doing customer service buttons so not ok. Apparently they will give your meds to other people and just opps you will have to wait till the next day for your meds. Total bull do better and same on you doing this to a older woman

There is always rude staff in pharmacy they never have prescriptions ready on time always excuses literally ran out of medication gave me 10 and said oh well fill the rest when we get more no time or date, then got them the next day didn't inform me the worst employees terrible location

Lately this store on 51st and Memorial has no pharmacist available pretty often. They not very helpfully post the nearest 24 hour store in case, I guess, I would rather go to some other store and wait forever while they create my order from scratch.Also, I would recommend going in to the counter because often, like today, the counter is server 2 or 3 times while I am told they will be with me as soon as they can.I wish my daughter could change pharmacies. I have been emotionally DONE with this place for years.

The employee I delt with last night was gone from the front for 10 minutes. He popped out of the back after that looking like a slob and had a bad attitude. He was super rude and seemed annoyed I made him come up front. And I seen others walk in and out no telling if these people stole anything. Just a terrible experience. Will recommend CVS for now on

The pharmacy is close Saturday and Sunday I had emergency surgery on Thursday I was discharged on Saturday they filled my prescription early so i went without pain meds and antibiotics until Monday morning

Due to a medication shortage, I’ve been having to send my prescription to OK to get it filled. I’ve done this multiple times before because I live right on the state border. I’ve also had prescriptions filled out of state when travelling.Despite this, this particular Walgreens’ staff decided to harass a family member for 20 minutes about the fact it was an out of state prescription and insisted it was a problem. They finally filled it, but said “you can’t do this again.”They were flat out lying about not being able to fill out of state prescriptions, because otherwise they committed a crime by filling it. Likely it just meant they had to do some extra paperwork and they were upset about it.Either way, they were incredibly rude, wasted my family member’s time, and made it even more difficult for me to get medication I need to function during a nationwide shortage. I’d recommend getting your medication anywhere else.

The efficiency of Walgreens pharmacy’s has gone downhill over the last several years. Not sure what happened, but it’s not like it was just a few short years ago. We’ll be using a different pharmacy & will most likely just avoid setting foot in any Walgreens ever again.

They never answer the phone and when they do it’s just to put you back on hold like come on hire more help they already close at 6 imagine that you local pharmacy closed at 6! I will change to CVS sad things I been with Walgreens for over 10 years. Smh
