Walgreens at 31 & Sheridan isn't bad place to shopping there! The reason I attending there all times cuz it's near to my home. It's easy routine there for my daily errand days! After all day of erranding & working then on way to home on same street where Walgreen is. I went there to get my medicines then grab drink & snack & little treat snack for my cat then go home to relax, it's perfect place near to apartment area :)

Seems like all the pharmacies now the Walgreens that are supposed to be open till 10:00 or not open till 10:00 they're all closing hours early just the other day 21st and Utica didn't open it all because they didn't have a pharmacist it's a real hindrance whenever you have your medication sent to a pharmacy where there is no pharmacist and you have to have it that day seems like they're going out of business yikes

This pharmacy has gone down hill in the last year. I received a text and voice mail message that my prescription is ready. I get there to pick up, it is not ready. This is the 2nd time this has happened. If you can fill your prescriptions elsewhere, do. I will be using a different pharmacy after the debacle today.

Took an hour to get medicine. One guy left for lunch and came back and we still didn't get our Medicine. Awful.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered! The front cashier, his name starts with a D and he wears glasses, is SO RUDE. I’ve gone into this location twice and both times had a problem with him. When I was checking out, there was an issue with the digital coupons so I asked him to call a manager and he said “I don’t know what to tell you. I can’t help you and I’m not calling anyone else too.” Then he refused to load money onto my cash app account.

Don't plan on receiving your prescription the same day. If there is any delays they do not communicate this to you. It's faster to drive to the pharmacy and wait in line than to call them. I had a 20 pill prescription sent over before noon. No updates so waited in line and found out 30 minutes before closing they were too backed up to fill it tonight. Asked to transfer to a 24 hour location. Checked and they didn't and still had a hold on it! If corporate reads this I don't need a call but to communicate to those who need medication times. If you can't handle the volume cancel your contract with BCBS as this is the only reason I use Walgreens.

Customer service is terrible. They need training bad. They wear street clothes so you wouldn't know if they even work in the pharmacy. They treat you like your inconvenienving them. Stay far away and try reasors.

Seems like they've addressed their problems. They've been very helpful and friendly and in a good mood for quite a while now. They have plenty of employees. They open a second register quickly. They all get along. Don't need the pharmacy much, but they've been fine. They don't have long pharmacy hours anymore, so you want to check on those. They have a drive-through.

I waited on hold for an hour and a half to find out if my diabetic medication was ready to be picked up. This is after being told that my medication would be ready to be picked up on Sunday. Haha jokes on me their pharmacy is closed on Sunday. We're up there and talk to the pharmacist on duty. She was about as helpful as a wet paper bag and about as smart as one. The phone does not even ring in the back pharmacy area. I proved that what I called the phone right in front of her. She is a dishonest not intelligent woman. I guess they give pharmacists licenses out in cracker Jack boxes now

The drive thru pharmacy had the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Walgreens. Needs to be taught they should be the ones thanking customers not the other way around. I'll be picking a different Walgreens next time.
