Why do pharmacies close at 6:00 pm and advertise that they're open until 9 pm? My antibiotics I needed immediately were sent to a pharmacy this pharmacy but it was closed.

Called up here for a prescription they stated was ready and went up there and they stated twice they don’t have it then proceeded to have an attitude her name was Josie and I don’t recommend

Manager Douglass is a terrible manager and down not care about the company or it’s policies. He refused to load my card when I had corporate on the phone telling him that it was indeed store policy. I made a complaint and I hope this location shuts down. Horrible service!

This has got to be the worst Walgreens in the area. The pharmacy is closed at random times even when they say they’re open, so I now have to put in requests to have ALL of my prescriptions moved to a different pharmacy. I can’t be without my medications for more than a day and this always seems to be an issue here, so I just won’t be dealing with it anymore. I hope whoever owns/operates this store does something about the poor staffing and poor management but I doubt it.

I want to start off by saying the employees have always been helpful and nice, but the management of this location has to be one of the worst managed stores I've ever come across. I can't count the number of times the pharmacy has been inexplicably closed (like it has been the past two days, and several times in the past). I have heart medication I depend on, and at least three times in the past year (and many last year) the pharmacy has been closed or had some weird issue. Again, the employees have been nice, but I'm moving all my prescriptions somewhere else. This place is horribly managed.EDIT: Despite this store having issues, the pharmacist was willing to help me out and try to get my prescriptions despite them being closed. Again, very appreciative of the employees, they've always been great, just wish they could work out some of the other issues.
