Worst pharmacy in the city. Pharmacists call wrong numbers without even bothering to look up the right one. Question customers as to why they even need the medications. Rude for no reason. Takes days to get scripts actually filled or filled correctly.

I like walgreens. Too bad they are all gonna eventually shut down. We went from not enough choices. To way too many choices. To no choice (in general everyday stores and brands)

As others have said, avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Prescriptions aren't ready when they say they will be. Cannot get receipts without waiting. Staff is overwhelmed + unhelpful. For over a month I tried to troubleshoot why I cannot set up an online account to access receipts with the pharmacy + customer service + each shifted the blame to one another without offering any solution for me. This pharmacy will no longer be getting my business.

Easy when things are on the shelf. Pharmacy is by far the worst. Will never have another script filled there in my lifetime. The obese hag behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment and training. Certainly the rudest person in that store. If she'd get off of her phone, she may be able to provide assistance.

This the worst Walgreens I’ve ever used for prescriptions. Need antibiotics cause your sick, don’t even bother filling your prescription here cause you won’t get it in a timely manner. Need to pick up a prescription or see if they have it in stock… don’t bother you’ll be on the phone for at least 20 minutes before you can actually talk to someone. They randomly close due to staffing, they never pick up the phone. It just rings and rings but if you drive by there is rarely a line. The employees working the pharmacy aren’t very pleasant.

Do not go here for prescriptions. I had two different prescriptions take a week or two weeks to get filled. If you go to an urgent care, it will not be filled same day unless you go stand at the window and say you’ll just wait but even then it is iffy. I have had numerous numerous issues with this pharmacy and should’ve learned my lesson earlier. I also have tried to get prescriptions transferred to another Walgreens because they’re so slow and unresponsive and was told that was impossible. Do not recommend.

Save yourself the headache and use a different pharmacy. I thought the hassle was worth the convenience because I live close to them but I will be using a different pharmacy farther away from now on. Today the pharmacy was randomly closed but they still "filled" my prescription somehow and won't let me pick it up; not even from another location because they already "filled" it at this closed pharmacy.

I agree with the majority of reviews that this is the worst pharmacy ever! The attitude of the techs is horrible and they said a prescription was picked up, which we never did, as we were out of town! I would use this pharmacy again!

Had my vet call in some anti-seizure medication TWICE but they kept saying never got it. Even had the presciption in hand but still wasnt good enough...Had my vet call a CVS and less thean 15 mins later I have my dogs anit-seizure medication. They are not interested in selling medication? I'm confused by their practices. They are a literal pharmacy...

My Experience at 15th & Yale Walgreens, was Asking a Cleck Named " Dorian" to Page Somebody, to let me into the Family Planning Case & Got Totally Ignored! He told Me that there was a Buzzer in the Isle and Left Me Hanging. Went to 15th and Lewis Location, No Problem Whatsoever The Clerk, "Lucas ", was Helpful, Pleasant & Fast with Service... (Like Night & Day, Compared to 15th & Yale).

If you want your prescriptions, go elsewhere. They don’t ever pick up the phone. It is such a struggle to get my prescriptions filled because they don’t ever run my insurance unless I go up there to physically ask them to. Because they don’t pick up their phone!!!!!! Then once they do run it, it gets approved right away. So the delay was for nothing. They started closing earlier but even during some business hours, pharmacist is never on site so they have to close. And my meds are always out of stock so I have to wait a whole week until it gets ordered. Just complete waste of time. I use to work in the Walgreens pharmacy in Utica and they were way more empathetic and compassionate. If someone walked up even 2 minutes after they closed, we would still help them out or treat them like human beings. Thank you 14th and Yale Walgreens pharmacy for nothing.

I spent the entire day at urgent care Just to arrive at Walgreens at 5 PM to be told that there’s no way they can fill my prescription in time (they close at 6pm) and that I would have to wait the next business day to receive my much-needed medications. I’ve never seen a pharmacy deny a patient medications. Do not use this pharmacy.

I called yesterday to check to make sure they had a certain MG on a medication for my husband as a request through my doctor. They said they did. I called my doctor right back which then called it in. That was around 10am. At 5pm Walgreens called me and said it was out of stock. This is unacceptable. Now my husband has to go without his medication for God knows how long and if he ends up in the hospital or worse I will be sueing Walgreens for incompetence.
