Not a bad pharmacy as Walgreens go. The staff is courteous even when the customers aren't. I witnessed a customer really disrespect them because his doctor didn't send his prescription there yet and even blame them for his doctor's actions even though it was obvious they had no control over the situation and the staff was still polite to this person even though he was being extremely disruptive and insulting. So I'd say if you want a pharmacist who is patient and understanding then this is the pharmacy for you.

The worst of all time. Unbelievably bad.Nothing is ever ready even after you get the “ready” message, and they sent me to sand springs on accident saying they had my prescription.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. Be prepared to wait forever and maybe bring a pillow and blanket if you plan to wait for your prescription.

This store is a dump. Additionally, just showed up for my flu vaccine. Scheduled online, completed all paperwork online. I arrive, and they seem to know nothing about it. It's like the Keystone Cops. I will NOT rely on this place for prescriptions, vaccinations, or anything important ever again. CVS is just down the street.

Extremely busy all the time with lines inside and out. The staff still remains friendly and helpful under what appears to be chaos most of the time.

I wish I could give this store less than a zero but after numerous times giving them chance after chance this last time I was charged $28 for passport photos with a digital copy. They were so bad the passport office wouldn't accept them. When I came back in the store they retook them with the same antiquated digital camera and came out even worse. When I ask the man if he could just use my iPhone he said he couldn't. I've already wasted $28 dollars and time to come back and I can't even get any help to resolve this situation. I'm done and won't be back. If you are looking for customer service or help avoid this place at all costs. I've been inside at least 10 times in the last two years and it is one of the worse Walgreens I've ever had the displeasure of going inside. I am amazed at how poorly this location performs.

Pharmacy is a joke. They got my order wrong in drive thru. When I went in they admitted they were wrong but wanted me to wait an hour to get it fixed while they went on lunch. Refused to acknowledge me when I asked why they couldnt fill it now, turned their heads and looked away acting like i wasnt there and then yelled at me and then shut pharmacy door in my face. Every single employee behind that counter should be fired.

One star for the pharmacy is grossly overrated. I received the email notification that my prescription was ready yesterday. After 20 minutes in the drive-through, yeah, I'm lazy, I was informed by the pharmacy rep I had waited more than seven days to pick that up. I told her she was incorrect and showed her the email that I had received the previous day. She said there's nothing I can do. The pharmacy rep stated that the emails are automated without consideration that they have been fulfilled. Upon further discussion, she and the manager threaten to call the police. As I waited for the police and or my prescription they finally delivered my prescription stating in a rude voice 'Have a nice day, sir'. Completely uncalled for and unbelievably rude.

I like this Walgreens it's way better than the Walgreens on 46th Street North and Peoria so I can just Walgreens five stars they're pretty efficient and fast. And Tony the pharmacist does the job very well!!

I moved my pharmaceuticals needs away from Walgreens. It's always something, can't find my prescription, or my insurance, or they never even started on something that was ordered the day before.The weird 1 hour break thing is awful too, because that tends to be around my lunch time too. I can't think of any other business, especially one with such a vital service to provide, randomly closes down for an hour's lunch.However, some of the in store sales can be lucrative and for what it is worth, the staff are generally nice and helpful, but I have found a better pharmacy closer to home with all that and then some.

Worse pharmacy! Employees are rude and unhelpful! Just needed some help stocking up in cold medicine for me and my children but now I know to never go to this location again!

Just don't go here. This store needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It is gross. Pharmacy consistently offers a terrible experience. I get it, you're short staffed. Do something about it. But I wouldn't want to work here either so maybe that's the problem. Tear it down, build a modern store with working appliances, clean bathrooms, and a place where people won't be scared to work.

Always long lines. Very slow.They will say the prescription is ready online but it's not actually ready when you come to pick it up.Not open 24/7. Pharmacy hours are 10 PM M-F and 10 AM to 6 PM Sat & Sun.

Sitting waiting for my script and they just closed everything down right after I spoke to the pharmacist. They didn't say anything just locked it all up. I went around to drive thru that had 4 people in line and they just closed it up too. I work I health care and you don't leave until all the patients are taken care of. Never again Walgreens
