Rudest dealership I have EVER had to deal with. I have never been treated so badly in my life at any business. I will never buy another Volvo because of this dealership. Buy an Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc. Audi of Tulsa and BMW of Tulsa would never treat their customers the way this business does. Worst experience of my life dealing with this horrible dealership! Especially the customer service, absolutely terrible.DO NOT buy a Volvo here or get any kind of service on your Volvo car here. You will be treated like garbage. Don’t support this business!!

I’ve never had an issue with Volvo until the Oil Consumption recall and I am a repeat customer.I was charged for my car to be tested for the issue. I had to get cooperate involved just to get a refund. I had to fight for my $800.00 refund for over two months. Once confirmed that my car, had the issue, the nightmare begin. My car was at the service center at the 41st and Memorial location in Tulsa, Ok for 4 1/2 months. I dropped it off on 7/31/23 and picked it up on 12/15/23. It was I who initiated every phone call to check the status. I was given every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long to repair. It was not mentioned that it was ever a parts issue but a time consuming issue. Initially, I was told that I couldn’t have a loaner car but after over a month of inconvenience, I spoke with the GM and was finally given a loaner. That’s why I am giving a 1 star. What’s even more disturbing is I sent an email to Corporate and they pretty much advised me that I had the option to take my vehicle somewhere else, towed at my expense of course. Mind you, I didn’t reach out to corporate until 2 weeks ago so they were fully aware of the delay but did nothing . Not one time did the service manager Chris, return my call. Here’s the nail in the coffin, the itemized receipt of the repairs show it took 2 hours and 50 minutes to make the repairs. Why was my car in the shop for 4 1/2 months? I have my thoughts…

We scheduled our vehicle for service three weeks prior to when we dropped our Volvo XC60 off for service on a Monday morning. We called ahead and purchased the parts needed for the repair. The service department had our car for a week and never looked at the vehicle. We were told they work on a queue system and it generally takes 2-3 days before the technician is even able to look at the vehicle. We were not offered a service loaner.

Last two times I have taken my car in for repairs, the service desk have told me "there's only one tech working today" and can't provide a reasonable ETA. Service work has been for very minor repairs. If my Volvo wasn't still under warranty I would take it somewhere else. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, but ultimately the service is quite poor.

Technician staffing was short and car remained with the service department on 2 different occasions for weeks. I believe they were doing the best for customer service but communication was lacking for updates— would leave phone messages and texts and days passed before replies. Still waiting for a check reimbursement for toll road charges which I paid online. My vehicle was driven by the transport team to and from Springfield MO toTulsa. I was surprised when I received a bill. According to the service manager— this would be reimbursed.

Our experience with their service department was terrible. The service department had our vehicle for a month. We just got it back today, 10/5. Our vehicle is an XC 90 T6 and is still under factory warranty. The A/C stopped working and then a deafening screeching/whining noise was coming from the engine. When we originally called on 8/22 about the issue, they said the earliest they could get us in was on 9/5. The car was not drivable, as you couldn't even hear yourself talking while in the vehicle. We had the car towed to the lot a week ahead of our appointment. we inquired about a courtesy vehicle and at that time, they said there were none available, but they would put us on the list if one became available. That never came to fruition, so we were down a vehicle for over a month. They never communicated with us about the vehicle status unless we called the dealership, no text message updates, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. When we finally called on 9/12 asking about the status, they told us a mechanic hasn't even looked at the vehicle yet. Another week and a half goes by and we call again, and they stated it was waiting on parts and they had no estimated completion date. Long story short, we really like our Volvo, it is a fantastic car, but the service team at this dealership does not reflect the quality or service one would expect from the Volvo brand.

Good quick service. The only reason I didn't gave 5 star is the car was not washed after service.Ashleigh Olson was super friendly and very helpful in expediting the service.

Absolutely terrible communication from the service department. Well it would be, but there’s no communication. We’ve called and went in person. Nobody answers or people give their personal numbers and say they’ll call, but still don’t, then don’t answer when you try to call those numbers either. Our car has been there for almost three weeks. We’ve gotten zero updates and I’m sure from the last time I went it they probably still haven’t even checked the car out. I have called the main number, the general manager number, any number I could find on the bad reviews. Nobody answers. We will be selling our car after it’s finally fixed just so we never have to work with Volvo again.

My husband and I worked with Sales Consultant, Marc Nellis. Going through the leasing process of our Volvo X60 with him was a great experience. We highly recommend Marc and will think of him when we're ready for our next vehicle. We love our new car!!!

The service department does not answer or return phone calls. I had my 2019 Volvo XC60 in about 6 weeks ago for the AC not blowing cold air. It was determined that the Schrader valve was leaking. It was repaired then worked for about 3 weeks. The past couple of weeks or so it stopped blowing cold air whatsoever. It is 85 to 90 degrees outside, and I am pregnant, so I am quite miserable. I have called several times from my cell phone and my office phone. Nobody will answer or return a call. I live over an hour away or else I would just pop in an talk with someone about the issue. I need this remedied ASAP.

I got my brand new Volvo Xc 60 2023 in Tulsa ,September 2022 , facing to many problems, some times when I go reverse, the video go flickering .And you can see in the videos when Iam driving indicators are not making any noice , and I am not able to turn on my AC .I did sent my car to the service for reverse video flickering still no use

Our problem appears to have been corrected because of the integrity and responsiveness of the team here. The only thing preventing me from leaving 5 stars is the shipping company they chose (GVG Logistics). As long as they tell you they won't use them, you can be very, very confident that you will have a positive experience.

My son goes to college in Tulsa, but we live almost six hours away. When we started having some issues with our 2013 Volvo back in November, we were a little worried about finding a place for service since we were so far away and not familiar with options in town. We had to have the car towed right before Thanksgiving and the staff here could not have been kinder or more helpful, which was especially appreciated since I know that’s a very busy time with so many people are getting their cars ready to travel for the holiday. They got the issue fixed, communicated with us (send a thorough explanation and video), and charged a VERY reasonable amount for the work. More recently, we had a couple other issues come up this month and they were again exceptionally accommodating, communicative, and helpful. I want to especially thank Alex, our service rep, who provided A+ service for us. We’ve been Volvo owners for decades and our experiences here were better than any of the dealers we’ve used in the past in St. Louis, where we live. Thank you!
