The team is very professional and transparent during vehicle price negotiation. They make buying/financing process straightforward and painless. I've been a Volvo owner and a loyal customer of Volvo Cars of Tulsa for the past 4 years. The service technicians have always been experts at diagnosing and repairing my Volvo as needed and even provide live videos texted directly to me with detailed explanations of exactly what's going on with my vehicle. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Volvo. While I've been disappointed by the previous service team, I am thankful recent changes have been made and have been very impressed with the new service team. Harold and Devyn went out of their way to make up for any past issues. I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend Volvo Cars of Tulsa.

5stars! While there was a slight delay in getting a call back to schedule a service date/time. It was well made up for it when I get there to check in, I get prompt attention and the very next day after the service tech was able to evaluate what was wrong with the suv, I got a video clip of the technician showing me the exact part that was causing the issue. LOVE that!! The drive was long to get there as this is the nearest Volvo dealer to me. THE SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR!

My car is now 10 years old and things are failing. It was analyzed accurately and a video showed me things that needed fixing with audio explanation. They supplied me with a ride to and from my home while my car was being fixed. It's riding smoothly now and I'm happy ?

I had an excellent experience with Freeman and Lisa with constant communication and updates. Traveled from out of town and drove out of there well satisfied with the entire process and experience. This is how the experience with buying a vehicle should be.

Very poor. The sales experience was great but the service and especially the repairs lacks a lot to be desired. In fact it’s so poor I’ve decided to sell my Volvo, and avoid business with Bill Knight all together. The collision center had my vehicle for 3 months. I had to return it twice for poor quality. Unfortunately this experience impacted both Volvo and Bill Knight as a company.

Jason C worked with me on trying to find what works best for me and my job. He made extra effort in getting things prepared beforehand so I was not sitting and waiting on filling out a bunch of papers and stuff. Everyone seemed nice and pleasant.

Just purchased my Volvo and it was an excellent experience. Kelly and James went above and beyond to make sure the entire process went smoothly and and made sure everything was taken care of. Rashid has done my financing for both of my vehicles and I was amazed at how simple the process is now. I will definitely continue refer anyone I know that's looking for a vehicle to the Bill Knight family.
