I brought in a 1961(?) Curtis Mathes Black & White TV, record player, AM/FM console to be repaired.
It would not turn on and didn’t have any sound from the speakers. The record player barely worked. It was super dusty on the inside - many if not all capacitors were probably toast and most places that I called said to get rid of it.
Not Video Revolution. Not only were they up for the challenge, Guillermo knocked it out of the park! The picture on the TV looks incredible for its age. The record player works great and everything sounds crisp and perfect! Guillermo even walked me through how to use the TV since some of the labels have worn off with age. He answered any questions I had about the repair with ease.
If you have an old CRT TV that you want to preserve, I can’t recommend this place enough. They are super professional, kind and knowledgeable about pretty much anything related to media/TV/Video/Audio.
Guillermo even took a picture of the TV as I left, clearly displaying a level of passion about preserving these types of electronics. Getting the TV back made my entire week a little better and I left with a smile.

i really wanted to like my experience. i have lived in tulsa all my life and driven past Video Revolution hundreds of times.
i dropped off my projector for repair (was overheating). i didn’t get it back until 6 weeks later, at which time they told me there was nothing they could do. the projector itself was returned without its air filter and feet. very disappointing.
i added an extra star because everyone i interacted with was extremely polite.

Glad I found this place to fix my old magnavox DVD player + VCR player unit. I had 2 units, one was no parts available for existing problems on it. If you have one that doesn't work anymore, take to them for evaluation. Thanks everyone, for your great services.

I just want to say Thank You for the extreme attention the folks at VR gave me on a very small transaction. I was handed an old VHS tape less than 30 hours from a funeral we hoped it could be played at. My expectations were low especially during the holidays that it might have a chance to be done. What I received blew me away. I hesitate to tell you quickly they responded, but they did. They also said it was their privilege to help out on a funeral and did not ask for a rush charge or anything.Customer service and consideration like this is not the norm. They have my sincere thanks and all of my future business.

I haven’t shopped there yet BUT I am bringing an electronic there to repair and spoke with Allen. He was courteous, kind, and forthright with his answers. He couldn’t guarantee a repair but said he would happily take a look at it and that was the first time anyone even tried to help me. So, for great customer service, even if the repair can’t be done, I will still use this business.

If you’re thinking about converting old vhs tapes and dvd to digital formats, video revolution does a fantastic job! They were able to repair old tapes damaged so definitely would recommend!
