They are closed semipermanently. Came during working hours on their schedule and shop is closed. No one knows when they open. They should shut the store down. Terrible experience.

Ross was such an angel for us. Got a new Samsung because of a promotion that Ross educated us about. Because of the new cellphone upgrade was able to get a new tablet for myself and kids. Ross really took the time to explain everything and was willing to show us how the cell phones worked. He truly is an exceptional representative for Verizon. I wish there were more like him!
