My wife and I were having major issues with another cellular company, not enough room here to go into all the issues but mostly lack of technical support or any help with our issues because we weren’t buying anything so no one would help us! We decided to change companies, enter Jimmy at Verizon. This guy knew everything there is to know about cell phones and cell phone plans! He took care of transferring all our numbers and got us a WAY WAY better deal than what we had with the other company. Jimmy gave us his direct contact, which I used because of a question I had, he answered the call and took care of my concern.

Lauden was so helpful and patient with our entire family changing phones and adding plans! We were long term AT&T customers but Verizon has won our business!

Went in for an upgrade on my mom’s phone. I didn’t necessarily intend to upgrade anything else nor purchase anything additional to that. Mahdi was who helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he look over my account to make sure I was maximizing my savings but he also made sure my plan and services were adequate and those that weren’t, he changed. This in turn saved me some money so I also went ahead and upgraded my phone plus added an iPad to my account. He was so helpful and continued to be until everything was fully settled which took about two weeks (due to schedules and ordering of my phone). I’m already telling others to ask for him if they need assistance!

Did an upgrade on our iPhones in-store here and was treated with great respect, honesty, and high quality information. My wife and I were very impressed by the staff here and have not received just great customer service and care in any other Verizon store ever. I highly recommend you go to this store if you need to shop at Verizon!

Aimee was extremely helpful. Her customer service exceeded expectations. I wanted to transfer services from T-Mobile to Verizon. Last Friday I was started the process with T-Mobile... was told someone would follow-up with me. The reason I came in today. I was on the phone for more than two hours last Friday. Aimee was respectful, attentive, patient and detailed to listen to my frustration then analyze and troubleshoot what actions that was needed. She flawlessly initiated actions to resolve the transfer. I am now an added customer for 5G internet WiFi, and telephone customer. Very satisfied with the customer service. Quality service...an example to emulate. Rewarded Recognition is deserved.

Lauden was nice however he was clearly not well. The smell of cigarette smoke was too much and his eyes were glazed. I feel bad for him because he did try to sell me a phone.The issues were- he lied about several things including what my new monthly bill would be.He wouldn’t take no for an answer with regards to the case/ screen protector and warranty and he got visibly upset when I said I need to think about the situation and come back later. He looked terrified and sad. :/I don’t know what is going on with him but I hope he’s alright.After this experience I will absolutely never walk in to another ‘Verizon’ (Cellular Sales) store again. I ended up ordering the new phone on the Verizon app.Lauden, listen when people say no, wear a name tag and try to be a little more straightforward when it comes to quoting costs. Also, I found the exact same iPhone case at Walmart for $30 less than you quoted me. I think you’ll have a more successful career with Cellular Sales if you take my advice. You’re not a bad guy at all. I understand that you’re trying to make money to survive and I hope my advice is helpful.
