Others were right, the ladies that works here are super rude and pissy. I went there at 9 AM and they were already moody and looking at you like you’re stupid. Super unprofessional, would give 0 stars if I could!

Everybody was quick and efficient but like any post office it seems like one workers happy smiley and the other worker looks like they have been through a bit and ready to retire and grumpy.

I think its wild that if all post offices follow different rules depending on location, then your customer service office wouldn't just a random call center. You would think I would speak to someone that knows the rules and regulations of my local post office. Customer service agent that was in New York told me something completely different than what my local post office told me and so now I have to wait an additional 2 to 3 weeks for a package. Thankfully it's not important medication

i walked in right BEFORE they closed and the woman shooed me away and told me they were already closed. the doors were open and they were helping other people that were still in there, but she said she was already shutting down her computer. i recognize they want to go home on time but i rushed to make it by 5 from my own job only to be literally shooed away before i could even get a word in. it was very rude.

Worst automatic phone system ever. All I needed was to see if they are open tomorrow. I was on the phone for an half an hour stuck in a loop unable to get to anyone.
