I had a return purchase with a QR code. The woman behind the counter began to tell me how she's not taking my return. Saying that it was too big. But printed off my code weighed it and saw it wasn't over weight. She then said I have to pay for tape. I was ready to pay for the tape but she then started to tell me her supervisor said she can deny my package due to the weight and size. She then began to tell her supervisor I was disgruntled when she clearly had an issue with me bringing my return into USPS office. She kept saying "you can take it to FedEx" but this is what the manufacturer paid for. How can a person or place treat people like this?.....
Update after waiting for over 2 hours for the older lady's supervisor I decide to leave because my children had grown tired of waiting. The elder Black Lady follows me to my car antagonizing me and smiling as if she'd did a great thing. What type of respect do this place have for people? I am so livid and shocked they allow this to take place but looking at the reviews I see this is something she does often and get away with it. Shame people have to go through this just to handle their business.

Ok! I don’t know who the little old black lady is working the counter or how she lasted a day with that attitude. The first thing she said to me when I walked in at 415 is “I go to lunch at 430”. Believe me, it was all downhill from there! Her attitude and her tone could use an adjustment. I had never been there before and will never go back!!

Got there at 7:50pm 4/15/24, 16 people ahead of me,get out of the place at 10pm and this Lady so rude Ivy refuse to help me and some other people because she said her manager told her to close 9pm.

I can't give zero, if I could I would, the dark-haired lady who works here doesn't know how to treat people, I came to explain a package I sent and she even turned her back on me and didn't resolve anything for me, the but place to send a package

I have anxiety when I have to mail out a package from this location. I have had a bad experience with the ladies at the service counter almost every visit. Just the other day I was next in line but when I was to be called to the counter I was instead turned away because it was their lunch time. It was 5pm and there was nobody else in line. Just me. They open at 1:30pm. So i drove another 15 miles to the next closest usps.They love to take their time when there is a long line while they conversate with their regulars. I'm sick of the poor work ethics at this location. The entitlement and smugness of these ladies is despicable. Do better.

Google as well as the front door reads that they are open until 4:00 on Saturday. We went there at 3:20 and they were closed. We drove way too far and wasted way too much time just to leave frustrated and disappointed.

RUDEST WORKER I’VE EVER MET. The lady working the counter acted like taking my package was going to end the world. I can’t believe after all of the reviews of this lady they still allow her to work here. This was my first time coming to this location and it will be my last because of her.

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with in the fifty years of my life, they won't deliver mail to my house I even got a p.o. box and they won't deliver mail there as well, every time I go in there to collect my mail there'a 5 other people waiting to do the same they refuse to deliver mail to people's homes how can this continue

Terrible terrible service! Went in before close, and was just needed to scan a package and they kicked me out because they didn’t want to take anybody else.

They are thieves, the postman does not deliver the package, marks it as delivered and keeps it or leaves it in other places where thieves do not belong
