They need to correct the new employee of delivery service about reading customer’s address correctly because I was expecting my first class envelope from eBay at August 16th 2025 but the Notification tells me it’s been delivered and I didn’t receive it yet. I contacted the seller about this situation and informed me it should be a first class delivery it should be delivered at my mailbox and again still waiting for my package to be delivered.

Im here at 9Am since the mail man told us he passes by 9:30 to 9:45 and is 10 am and we have not seen him passing by…. We been here for 3 months now and we only got to see him 4 times. We don’t receive our mail on time and if we are close because we open at 10 am he won’t come back our mail is getting delay… I wish this was different or someone could do something about this. Like a manager who is in charge but I guess they don’t have one………

I'm not understanding why I'm receiving mail info via email for whomever moved into our old apartment. And we put a hold on our mail have yet to receive it all. Went to pick it up the day the held ended only to be told it'll be mailed to us, thanks a lot!!!

talk to a person named Tracy she was very cool help me with everything I needed and very polite this place is better than any other one I've been to cuz all they did was give me attitude when I went to other ones thanks again Traci

Incompetent we may get our mail at 11 a.m we may get it at 5 p.m.Mailperson rude and you can tell doesn't really care about doing their job just there I guess to get a paycheck. Has no pride in there work at all.

Keep saying there isn’t a secure location even though my apartments have brand new lockboxes for packages. They are lazy and this postal site needs a major overhaul of employees and policy.

I walked in the post office and was completely ignored. The way Chelle greeted me was unacceptable. Obviously I needed something to be coming in here as a paying customer. I literally drive out of my way to not deal with that ghetto unprofessional miserable black woman that completely seems to hate her job. I would really appreciate the supervisor of this post office to address the front clerks attitude Chelle. Everytime I come into this post office her attitude and demeanor is always rude and unfriendly to everyone. she really doesn’t deserve that position treating people in such manner. I will be contacting corporate about her rude approach working for a government FEDERAL company. Chelle not sure if it’s short for Michelle but that lady scares me truly. She is the reason I no longer come to that post office any more. This location is in the Black community and I see her treat many other African Americans rudely. She should be fired or wrote up!! Why would any supervisor or company allow her to be the face of the front desk for all these years. There are several other people looking for a job that would be able to fill her position and treat customers way better than her.

Today's date 5/9/24 At 2:08pm Central standard Time, am USPS mail carrier was parked at the end of Virgin St at the dead end. Causes for concern because it was backed up as far as the vehicle could go no yello flashing lights like the vehicle is in operation. And the 800 # can not report things like this, automatic system doesn't understand when you say operator or representative or customer care or customer service. The system repeats the same menu if you interrupt for an operator. I didn't see the mail carrier. Most times the mail carrier parks in front of houses not strange like off the road a distance at a dead end as if they was napping. What would happen if they was held up? They just got everyone mail. The normal mail carrier in the area parks in the actual neighborhood not a large distance from the neighborhood. It's very suspicious and odd behavior. P
