Get rid of the old lady who is at the reception, she simply does NOT like her job, she is lazy and very rude. I prefer to go to the office at 21st and Utica or the Owasso wing because this old lady doesn't feel like working. DO NOT COME TO THIS NORTH OFFICE. IF YOU ARE HISPANIC YOU ARE A RACIST
