They’re very nice but there is always a huge line. If you want to come here be prepared to wait in line for a long time.

Mailed a subwoofer out at this location, I warned the employee that the package was heavy, the employee behind the counter said with a laugh that they could handle it . They then proceeded to drop it straight into the floor and said whoops. That drop destroyed a $1,300 sub that I lost money on. The buyer had it checked by a professional shop and they confirmed that during mailing process it was broken. I had tested it before shipping to make sure it worked before sending it out. I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager at the location.

I was having a great experience until the older blonde haired woman checked my id and said I’d look prettier without all the all the extra piercings. How extremely rude to give unwanted opinions, I think she’d look better without the extra weight and a little Botox but I kept my unwanted, unasked for opinions to myself like she should’ve.

Excellent service. Opened on Saturday which is awesome and clerk # 32 had a fun personality and cheerful mood. We laughed several times at jokes. Thanks for brightening the day!

Clerk had me fill out tons of paperwork to send my son a box to New Zealand. Cost me $126. It was returned a week later to my home saying it wasn’t filled out correctly. I hate this post office. It’s always understaffed and obviously they don’t know how to do their job. Last time coming to this one and possible a USPS ever.

Awful customer service they locked the door while the building was still completely full at 5:45 so no one else could get in.

Was told by a clerk that, "we don't have time for this" when I didn't have my returned item prepackaged. I was told this by an older, blonde haired woman. She laughed about it too, as if being rude is comical and not unprofessional. As a black woman, I felt discriminated against. Horrible customer service.
