We were initially "helped" by a woman named Terry. Terry was hostile and rude from the moment she spoke to us, wouldn't let us even explain what we needed before cutting us off and trying to say there was nothing she could do, that we had to do something online, and that she didn't even know how to do that because she doesn't use the online forms. Finally, she got so frustrated that she referred us to a different gentleman, who thankfully was very helpful and had a positive attitude. I would gladly give him 4 stars. But Terry pretty obviously hates her job and has no interest in actually being of assistance to anyone. The customer behind us who dealt with her after us even asked her outright why she was being so curt and rude, to which she replied basically that it was his fault for not having covered something on his package appropriately (a problem that took all of 10 seconds to fix). I am a very busy person who does not typically take the time to leave a review like this, but this was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Terry needs a different job.

You would think a post office could print a shipping label right? You think they would have small boxes for you to use to right? Lady was insanely rude and yelled when I got to the counter and was very quick to say she wouldn’t help me ship out a package. If this is how Tulsa represents themselves y'all suck.

Tulsa postman neglected to pick up food sack for Tulsa food drive sponsored by post office. I emailed post office an official call me after hours and he responded by coming to my house and picking up the food sack. Good job!

This is my favorite post office, the nice ladies who work here are very helpful towards me and as far as this post office goes I’ve never had anything to complain about it.This one has definitely earned five stars.
