I was in around 2pm on 8/11 to try and get a phone for my mother who lives in another state but can't afford to replace her failing phone. The 2 women working went above and beyond and got me a better result than I could have hoped for. It was Libby and Sima(?). So sorry if I got the name of her wrong. They were fantastic and very helpful!

We had service thru US Cellular for years but after buying new phones 2 years ago and having terrible reception which has steadily gotten worse, we thought it might be the phones. They had an add for "free phones with trade in" but the black girl working said that was a lie and of course her being on commission tried to sell us "higher quality" phones which would resolve our reception problems.
Every time we've been in this location she's been rude and deceptive.
We had enough and have since ended our service with US Cellular and have gone back to AT&T.
If you have service thru US Cellular,
do not use this particular store.

Me and my husband got us new pixel phones. For some reason when they transferred our numbers from our old phones. It got all messed up. Some of our contacts was not transferred right. Now I get some of his texts and he gets some of mine. And some people that call it goes to the wrong phone. They told us there was nothing else that they could do to fix the problem. So we are just stuck with messed up phones.

Libby in the US Cellular Tulsa Hills store did a fantastic job for my family and me. We all got new iPhone 15 Pro phones with big discounts and numerous accessories. We felt the customer service was fantastic and our monthly bill actually went down after we were finished. Definitely happy customers. Great job, Libby!

I was happy with thier service until the extremely rude payment reminder "would you rather suspended service or paying your bill?" Uncalled for!

This store has said they give you credit for accessories and they don't charge you. However - when you get your bill there are charges for accessories. So they basically lie to your face and say they are free because they are giving you "credit" but then it shows up on your bill

Has a hand written sign saying one on person in the store at a time. When I look in there was 4 people just setting around.

I went in just for a couple phone cases today and had the most delightful experience. They were extremely busy and the manager went out of her way to help me and make sure I got what I needed. I got the wrong size case and she realized my mistake and found the right size in the back for me. She was kind, efficient, and extremely helpful. If you go to this location, ask for Amber. She is a gem.

Highly recommend. I got great service today. I got two Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultras for $204 down today (taxes from the phones total) and that was $204 Together. $102 a piece.I had went to at&t and tried to get the same phones and start new service. They would not even finance me these phones. They wanted the full price. (Even after I applied online and was told I qualify.... I placed my order online. Just to have it canceled and told they could not verify it was me. To come into the store with my ID and they would help me. .... which I did. I then spent an hour and half just to be told they couldn't finance the phones and wanted me to pay the whole amount for the phones upfront.So I then went onto US cellular website and again I qualified... I was about to check our but it said it would take 3 to 5 days to ship. Which I wanted it sooner so I went to this location. And was helped. With fast friendly service. I Paid the same amount I was told I would have to pay online. And walked out with two new phones that my husband and I ❤️ love!
