The store is much bigger than it first appears, which is nice. Music is EXTREMELY loud. Most of the staff are pleasant, however one girl was kind of rude, I used a dressing room to try on some clothes, as soon as I pulled the curtain back to leave, a female employee said something to me (which I couldn't hear over the music and my hearing problem), grabbed the clothes out of my hand and walked off. I assumed maybe she thought I was going to buy them and took them to the register but that wasn't the case. Aside from that, the selection is great and the atmosphere is fun.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
Recently bought 2 fishnet shirts in the size I normally wear. Tried them on and they run small. Put them back in the bag with the receipt. Got back over there 2 weeks later and was told
They were wrinkled so couldn’t exchange for another size. I told them they had been in the bag the 2 weeks, but still would not exchange. Way more stores in Tulsa to spend my money in.

On the pricey side... but I have a college student daughter so she needs some pieces here to wear.. at least the cashiers are friendly. Check out the sale racks in the back. There's always room for style improvement. Have fun shopping on Peoria!!

This location keeps us disappointed. One Sunday we arrived only to find out at the door they were closing at 6pm instead of 8pm as the info on Google maps stated. It has been fixed now. So we arrived the other Sunday at 5:15pm thinking we have enough time to shop. When we got to fitting rooms with several pieces to try on at around 5:35pm they told us, sorry, they were closing. At that point we gave up. Our visible disappointment made the staffer change their mind and offer us to open a fitting room for us, but we already lost our shopping appetite.I don't think we'll be visiting soon, considering we have to drive one hour and twenty minutes to get there only to get disappointed again.

Worst Urban Outfitters I've ever been in. First of all, why that location? Secondly, it's very small and doesn't carry much. Takes about a minute to tour the whole place and know there's not much worth seeing.
