I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience my husband had while attempting to return Amazon packages. The manager on duty was extremely rude and condescending during the interaction. She made it clear that she did not want to assist him, refusing to scan the packages at first and displaying an overall negative attitude.
What made this even more upsetting was witnessing the clear difference in how she treated another customer before him—a white woman who was also returning Amazon packages. That customer was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The shift in attitude when assisting my husband, a Black male, was blatant and uncalled for. She was sarcastic, dismissive, and made him feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Discrimination intentional or not should never be tolerated, especially by someone in a leadership role. We expect to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism as anyone else. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately and that staff are trained to provide equal service to all customers, regardless of race or appearance.

Tuesday morning I stopped in to return my Amazon items, April was so helpful when I mixed up my items and QR codes. She was particularly patient with me even when I misunderstood the difference between customer packed and “no box no label”returns. She is a gem!

The store is such a wonderful store. Brandi packed my package for my grandmother and it went wonderful no problems. The people here are so polite they come with kindness and gratitude most places I go to they are rude and don’t answer simple questions I have but at the store if I have a question, they have an answer totally would recommend definitely coming back

I’m a frequent customer at this store, and Brandi is always so helpful, friendly and overall approachable. She is an example of what excellent customer service looks like. I haven’t ran into an issue that she hasn’t been able to find a solution to. Thank you and keep up the great work!

7/5/24 I have visited this UPS store on numerous occasions throughout the years and have consistently received exceptional customer service. Today's experience was no different. They also offer notary public services & Amazon return.

The staff is always friendly! If anything, the customers that come in tend to be agitated or just rude. Just be sure to put the return label over the old one. That way it doesn't get resent! ?

I've had multiple experiences at this store, all great BTW. Even when I was having trouble getting my email to work so they could get my package label printed out. And every other time than that, they had me in and out of the store. Very helpful great customer service. 10/10
