I love how easy this location is to drop off packages. Their parking lot is a bit cramped even though they have plenty of space (the lane is very narrow) so be careful when you’re entering and exiting in case somebody is driving rather fast. The front desk staff is always friendly.

I did the mistake of taking my package to a drop box on 15th and Yale instead of taking it to a store. And my package turned up missing or stolen. I tried talking to customer service in person but she kept saying someone will contact me and no one has yet. And it won’t let me file a claim online.

People very helpful, but could not let me take my package home without my driver's license. I had to make two 40 mile trips for one 10 ounce package.

I was suppose to receive a package on Tuesday & have still not received it, and it’s almost Friday. The tracking says it was out for delivery & it still has not been delivered. Every person I talked to keeps saying it’ll arrive today, I’ve never had issue with deliveries up until this point

“Delivery attempted” when I was home. I watched the truck pull up and deliver to the building across the street and leave. No one entered my building and no one knocked on my door. This was the only day I was going to be able to sign for this important package because I have a job and can’t sit at home every business day waiting. I’ll stick with FedEx and USPS from now on.

The drivers here consistently pull out onto 61st without care for the oncoming vehicles who have a green light.

Our company has been using ups for over 20 years. Recently, we’ve had 2 packages slit open merchandise taken out and taped back up. Went to the hud in Tulsa and found out there is an internal theft issue. One or several employees are responsible. Be careful when using this company….especially in Tulsa area.

I had two dates expedited delivery on my bank card. They lost my bank card and didn't even tell the sender that it was I spent half an hour every time I called to see if they found it on the phone just to tell my bank 5 days later that they lost it I'm pissed so I have reordered another card on that 5 day and now it's Saturday Monday is a holiday so I won't get my bank card until Tuesday so why did I pay for expedited services so they can say there was an accident well I don't know they said the sender can file a claim but what good is that if I get paid once a month and I spend two weeks of that month waiting on my money I'm hungry they get a horrible review .

I ran in with a bunch of Amazon returns and both of the workers in there were so kind and helpful. They were funny too! Every time I go in this location they're nice though.

Absolutely the worst delivery company.. impossible to get someone on the phone and of course you can’t talk to anyone local or whoever is the cause of your issue cause that would be too easy. Drivers don’t read instructions for the packages, I’ve had to call 4 times to complain about my driver who leaves my packages and my gf’s at the gate of my apt complex instead of leaving it at my door. We have a ups account and put the gate code in there but everytime they leave it at the gate and say they left it at the front door. Everytime I call they say they will fix it and address the issue with the driver, either the driver doesn’t care or they don’t care enough to address it. My apt complex is tiny, it’s a 50 yard walk to the door. You guys just got a big raise and can’t be bothered to look at instructions, type a few buttons on a keypad and walk 50 yards. Absolutely pathetic, we’ve been lucky that our package hasn’t been damaged or stolen as the gate is right by the street where people walk by. 0 accountability at this company or at least here in Tulsa. Whoever runs the distribution center is either incompetent and unaware of the problem or they are the problem and it just trickles down to the rest of the employees. I would choose a different company if you had the choice. FedEx, Amazon and the postal service has no issues following our delivery instructions so it’s just total incompetence. Joe Biden is probably their hero at this placeEdit: Great response, if you try to contact them on X it’s just an automated response. Basically the same thing as if you called them so please tell me how that’s gonna resolve anything? You basically have to force the customer service person to contact the distributor and have them contact you with them if you want any type of resolution to your problem. That’s what I just had to do and I got someone who actually sounded like they care about the job they have so hopefully my problems are over with but what a journey to get to that point

No way to speak to human. Choices insufficient on auto , it refuses to connect you to a person tells you it can't help you to go to website but call back with new issue then hangs up on you.

Trina and Kim have been the most kind and helpful customer service people ever. We've been dealing with a super stressful situation and phone customer service has been a nightmare. Going into the store to talk to these two women made up for all of that x10000. We appreciate your help.
