Since it’s a franchise store, they don’t offer full services or sign for accepted packages. If you are doing anything other than basic services and won’t be using your UPS account don’t bother.

Good service. Never encountered any issues returning Amazon items there, getting documents notarized, mailing items, printing, etc... Thank you! Service has been satisfactory. Staff are generally pleasant.

You can't even call me to let me explain that your delivery driver is stealing my stuff including my son's Christmas present? And now I'm just out of luck? File a claim is what you told me. Okay thanks I'm sure that'll get resolved in time for me to get my money back and then be able to purchase my son another Christmas present before Christmas... Right?

I needed a notary to sell a car, and the staff the UPS store were extremely helpful in the process. Also, I left my license behind on accident, and the staff mailed it to my home. I couldn't be more impressed with their amazing customer service.

I came in late this afternoon with quite a few items I needed the UPS staff to pack and ship for my work. I knew it would take a little bit of time. The store ended up being busy after I came in. The two associates managed to help everyone that came in and me with a peaceful spirit and helpful attitude. I don’t remember their names but thanked them for their help and time. This store is amazing!

Carla and Lisa are always very helpful. I send a lot of packages and they go out of their way to be friendly and make the process as smooth as possible.

Very rude and condescending employee. She is Unprofessional and never has supplies available. Wants you to pay for the UPS box that you can get free from UPS. I definitely do NOT recommend this location to anyone.
