These two need custom service trainings.
Now I called and did some research before making a trip out - on a very tight schedule;
Here are the details I was able to receive:
UPS Store basic mailbox info:
- Leases 6 or 12 month only
- smallest box is $108 for 6 months
- $25.00 non-refundable set fee
- Spoke with Cooper at 51st & Sheridan...extra keys are available
- They are open 7 days a week but not 24 hours of course
I arrive today to no welcome, and I had to ask for help:assistance.
The young red head whom seemed/looked unhappy (very dead facial expression) passed me off to a gentleman who was very clearly helping others. She was very quick and non informative in doing so.
I initially started my conversation with my why, and that Cooper instructed me to..,,
There were missed details I didn’t obtain received prior to making a drive over (74106).
As the guy assisted this couple…I decided to wait…
I excused my self to make sure I wasn’t missing a note from the call.
I returned to inquiry on the P.O. Box sizes. I went to asked the red head associate about the PO box sizes - as she was tearing down used paper waste. She respond with a look as though I was asking the wrong person a question. I stated I’d find a different UPS location to help me.
I’m sitting in my car completely this review, on a tight schedule.
When customers service is terrible.

Really nice people, but I usually receive notifications of a delivery AFTER I pick up my packages. If it weren't for Amazon notifications most of the time I wouldn't even know my packages have arrived. Plus half the time they don't answer their phone.

So, I just took my Peavey 6505 Plus 1x12" Combo Amplifier in to ship back to Guitar Center. I got pro coverage when I purchased the amp, in the case that something was to go wrong with the amp, or any other possible failure of the amp. The shipping lable cost was covered by my pro coverage. The 1 box, and two thin layers of bubble wrap were not covered however... I just bought a box and a couple of layers of Bubble wrap for $55.50!!! That is outrageous!!!! Never again!! That is criminal UPS! Shame on you for this. And shame on me for being too tired from work to go elsewhere to buy a box... I have always used UPS in the past... not anymore though. Beware people. Boxes are very expensive at the UPS Store. Not to mention the shipping cost alone is crazy high. They are now resorting to price gouging the weary customer carrying an 80lb. amp after working a 12h day, that is supposed to be receiving free shipping. Thanks for nothing ups store.

UPS is horrible. Out of 5 times in the last year that I've been waiting on something from UPS I received my item once. And that time had to chase down the driver to get it after they just went on by. I really wish people would stop shipping through them. I'm awaiting a package now that I would have never ordered had I known it was going to come UPS. I don't have transportation and I'm not going to walk to some store to get my package because your driver is far to lazy to deliver it. That's why I pay to have things delivered. Just a useless company all around.

I was in there earlier this afternoon and I had chosen the “no printer required” option on a return I had. The instructions had advised to use the QR code to get a shipping label. I tried to do so through the self scan and it just printed a receipt. I had asked the gentleman at the counter and he was incredibly rude and condescending to me about needing a printer. I advised of what the instructions said and he was again very rude telling me I needed to print it. I then asked if I could get it printed there and he was agin very rude in telling me that it would be a $1.50. I had zero issues paying that but I do have a lot of issues with being spoken down to and being made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Very poor service, I will not go there again if he is still there. Employee number 22090.

The guy that works in here during the day really hates job!!! he has never friendly always very short and rude. I am thinking about driving further just 2 not have to look at him.

I have never been charged to return an item from Amazon until visiting this store. They wanted $2 to print the return label. No thank you.
