Very quick, courteous, helpful. I went in with a broken writing hand and the young lady there helped me get my package sent off in short order! Excellent service. Would recommend this location any day!

I first went to USPS across the street and dropped off some packages then came to this UPS to drop off a prepaid 2nd day air UPS package. I got in line and the person behind the counter told me to use the kiosk. I asked to make sure this won’t slow the package down at all and they assured me it’s fine and will be picked up that same day. The next UPS scan was almost 24 hours later saying “we have your package” while the USPS package is already in another city. If I had known it wasn’t going to leave that day I would have went back to USPS and shipped with them but instead I was wrongly assured it’s departing the UPS store that day.

The UPS drivers are lazy and have no work ethic. They tossed our package in the first apartment unit they could find and then drove off. When we talked to the neighbor with the doormat in the photo we learned they were frequently having their packages stolen so not only was it not delivered by UPS, it was stolen from the misplaced addresses porch. When we tried to call in to report the lost package we were told only the shipper can submit a claim.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews! This place has new owners and great staff. I come here all the time and they are fast and efficient , get you out the door quick. I've actually become friends with Cooper as he shops at Studio Records Tulsa and digs Jazz like I do. Highly Recommended ! Johnny Jazz

This store is in a busy place so I left work early at lunch anticipating having to wait. I was 2nd in line at the counter and one of the employees walked by, from the back, and asked if I had a drop off. I told him I had an Amazon return and handed him a copy of the QR code Amazon sent me. He took it, scanned it, and plopped a delivery label on my box and said I was good to go and gave me a receipt...just in case. Awesomeness! I was there for 3 minutes. Thank You! And the new interior remodel is also very nice & efficient.

Whoever was working on 2/19/25 at 4:07 pm at the left register walking in from the door mixed two of my packages up and labeled them wrong. Don't come here if you want your packages delivered to the correct address. 👎👎👎
