I would not even give them 1 star! The employees in this place are ALL miserable! That is NOT our fault, don’t like your work, change it!!!! The guy in there is absolute P$i$k! Zero customer service skills!If you need a UPS store go to a different location. Do NOT STOP at this one!Oh yea and they charge you to tape your package back to Amazon. $1 per box. Even though AMAZON assures you hassle free returns. Someone needs to contact AMAZON and alert them. I’m sure the owner would feel different if Amazon pulled out of this location.

I went there and paid to send an envelope with important document - It disappeared without a trace, never made it to UPS themselves. Store staff were rude and noncooperative when I called to look for it.

I love doing business with UPS. A company which prides itself on service and consistency. These people at this branch 1611 South Utica Avenue in Tulsa OK. 74104 are just straight up RUDE and belligerent. Outright and no concern, I needed help with a package that was merely dropped off there by mistake. These people were not helpful whatsoever in any way possible. In fact, both the manager "Kat" and the owner " Linda" were outright condescending and demeaning with a "COME GET YOUR PACKAGE OR by 6PM your package is being "TRASHED". I will be writing a letter to the corporate headquarters and explaining my side of the transaction. It was torcher for me on the real. I hope these people go out of business in the worst way treating people the way I've been treated, and to come here to see others were treated in same manner. There are other people in the shipping agency in Tulsa, it seems they believe their the only company there with logistics. Go to Hail "UPS STORE at 1611 Utica Ave. Tulsa OK 74104. The older red headed lady is a truly rude and miserable person. Talked to me like I was an idiot when I had a question about a return label that I was confused about. Literally mid sentence she asked the person behind me to come up to the desk ready to help them. Not once did I initiate an attitude with her. Usually when I read other comments like mine I give the person working there the benefit of the doubt, but no. She was rude the second we interacted. If you hate your job, leave. Don’t be rude and condescending to people who just genuinely have questions about a process that is LITERALLY your job.I will drive out of my way to not associate with the people at this location.

I have used this place for years now for all my amazon returns and mail. They are exceptional. I usually come in discombobulated and ill prepared, they always help square me away from shredding documents ($1 a lb) to free amazon returns to helping pick a mailing package and some tape and helping me find the cheapest or most efficient means to transport my package. The gentleman always wears a smile and goes the extra mile and the older ladies and one younger lady are always on the phone or scanning working circles around the store to get people in and out and packages on trucks and delivered. This place is peak efficiency and personable which isn't always the norm in a digital world

Every time I’ve been in the staff has been rude. The older gentleman who’s usually there is callous, condescending, and seems miserable to be there. I will go out of my way to any other ups store because I feel like an inconvenience every time I stop by this location.

Closed early before their hand written note on the door even stated they would be closed. The website and Google says 4:00 but the note on the door says it would close at 3:30 - arrived at 3:25 and it was locked down.

I had to send a mid-sized package to my daughter today. The gentleman who helped me let me know not to wrap packages with brown paper because it sometimes gets stuck in their system and he offered to repackage it for free. When I got home and checked my receipt I realized I had given him my daughter’s old address (she just moved two weeks ago). I called him back and he remembered me and took down the new address and gave me a new routing number. My husband had a similar good experience with them last week. My daughter said that people in Tulsa are kind that way to recall a customer and trust them.

Ample parking in rear store and Customerservice, representative was very helpful with making it easy for me to ship my packages

I am in this store several times a month. I frequently shop online and they are a drop off location for my returned purchases. I prefer to spend locally, but what I want can't always be found in town. This is a busy location and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes in line, but that is to be expected. Overall, the staff is helpful and it's a great location.

I'm pretty sure I just got scammed. I was charged $1 to tape the box on my Amazon "free" return. I've used several other UPS stores for Amazon returns and have never been charged a dime. I was told I didn't read the return instructions. Once back in the car, I read the Instructions. Nothing a out paying. Also, my UPS receipt did not reflect a charge.

I visited the store on Utica & 16th on November 13th around 8:15 am. The woman working didn’t even acknowledge me as she was on the phone (which seemed to be a personal call). Her phone call was more important than her job I guess. I was returning an Amazon package. Although she assisted me she was not very customer friendly. Never asked if I had any questions. No hello, or even have a good day thanks for using UPS. This is a training opportunity. Please do better.
