Sadly, I had the same experience as most of the other customers that posted so it would seem problems are not being dealt with. I had an Amazon return. I brought the item back, never opened, in the same packaging and the older lady working told me she would not accept it. I explained to her that I spoke with Amazon customer service that morning and they assured me it was ok to ship as is. The worker at the desk told me it was my problem to deal with on my own and that she couldn’t help me. It was so rude that another customer apologized to me as I was walking out.

the first time i came in to this store i was dropping off a letter for a pm box and doing an amazon return. their amazon area didn’t really have any instructions and the ones that WERE there were wrong and the stuff it told you to use was in a different spot. it was my first time doing one of the self-returns and i asked for help and they literally laughed at me… then i gave them my lettter to put in someone’s box and they were pretty rude.
that was over 6 months ago. i went back today to drop something off in the same pm box and asked the person at the counter if i needed to give it to him or put it in the mail box. he just stuck his hand out. i said “thank you! have a good day!” and he just said “yeah.” i understand having a hard day but the people that work here are always unkind and make me feel like i’m stupid for even talking to them…

I dropped a package off while wearing a mask (out of concern for a family member with a weakened immune system) and was asked by the employee behind the counter, "Are you sick, or are you afraid of people?" I told him that I was trying to protect a family member. There is no reason whatsoever that I should need to explain this to anyone, especially to a store employee. Even more importantly, the way the question was asked left no doubt in my mind that it was intended to be condescending. Immunocompromised people and their families should avoid this store unless and until this issue is rectified.

When did UPS started charging $1 for a tape? I have always used this location for returns and I have never been charged. Today I was charged a dollar. Why do we have to pay for a tape what we return is free? It seems like they charge you whenever they want to.

Really bad customer service. Linda, who claims to be the owner, is very rude and dismissive. She blamed the “idiot drivers” (her words) for my undelivered package. Beware!

I have used this location for Amazon returns several times over the past few years. While the attitudes of a few employees doesn't make for a community feel, at least it is close to my home.
Until today, it was tolerable for the convenience. After my experience with the staff today, I will definitely have a different company to do business with from now on.
Perhaps, everyone was having a bad day...idk. I guess either Whole Foods or another UPS location to drop off returns.
One thing: This location has a disability ramp to enter building, however, there are stairs once you enter to access the counter.
Make one side a ramp...just a suggestion.

I will never set a foot at this store again
I was there today the red headed lady who works there in the morning she don’t even greed the customers she was on the phone the entire time and she help me with a bad attitude she was not on the phone with a customer either because how she was talking. She was very rude.. she was helping me with a long face like she didn’t wanted to be there. I also check my package and still have not been processed. I really how it gets delivered or I will complain to the management. Customer service is number one ☝️ this is horrible to go to a place you think they’re going to treat you how you treat them with. I was very nice to her and all she gave me was a horrible attitude I will not recommend this place to no one… my son uses this store to do all his shopping but I’ll make sure he doesn’t go back that lady is very unprofessional and rude she also made me pay a $8.00 dollar box when I had mine there

Got charged $3 to email/print a return label from Amazon. Both employees working look miserable and don't want to be there. What made it worse is when the person beside me dropped a big box of return and only got charged for $2. My package is a little bit more than a 1lb.
Oh well. Shouldve went to 71st and Yale location. Avoid this place as much as possible.

Nathan is an awesome dude. He was kind, friendly, and handled multiple customers quickly and directly. Was super grateful he handled my returns!

Male employee working today was INCREDIBLY RUDE and unprofessional. Basically trying to rush me and had horrible customer service. I do a LOT of business with this store but never again. I'll drive further to another location that has better customer service. Do better!

I needed a very large framed piece of art shipped to me in Maryland. A friend dropped it off and I handled the rest over the phone. They packaged it perfectly and it arrived without a scratch! Thank you to Nathan and Linda and the rest of the team.
