I am absolutely enamored with my one-bedroom apartment at University Club Apartments! The views from my bedroom, living area, and workspace are absolutely awe-inspiring, and I have the privilege of witnessing the sunset daily. I love using the fitness center 4-5 times a week, and the pool is also a fantastic amenity during the warm summer months. The staff and maintenance team here are genuinely outstanding. They are always ready to address any queries I may have and are prompt in resolving any potential issues. I am particularly impressed by their professionalism and kindness. I look forward to making University Club my home for the foreseeable future.

Before I moved in over a year ago, my stepdad read a lot of reviews about these apartments. The only negative reviews that he found mentioned that there was a strong smell of marijuana and that the frequent fire alarms were an issue. I can vouch that both of those things might have been true at the time, but I can confidently recommend in university club apartments to be your future home and neither one of those things seem an issue anymore. The staff is friendly, competent, and it's really a great place to live.

I would give no stars if I could. The view is nice but that's about the only thing to say. The elevators get stuck all the time, so bad to where emergency services have to come. Not only that, things break all the time and maintenance "fixes" them only for them to break within a month. I've been trying to get them to fix three things inside my apartment for three months now and they are choosing to ignore the issues. Staff is rude. The area around is not safe. Look elsewhere

I have lived at The University Club Apartments on one of the top floors for almost the past year and have no plans to leave any time soon. I love it here! I've had very few issues and anything I have needed has been rectified quickly. The leasing and management staff is awesome.The communal spaces are amazing, can't beat the view (especially 4th of July). My only complaint is I wish I could buy my unit, haha.

Would not move here! Lucky if 1 elevator works, and they are constantly breaking down! Maintenance is a joke! They just make things worse. Have asked to have a door on my hallway since I moved in July, so I can have privacy going from my room to my bathroom like was done for my roommates! Only to be told it can't be done for me. My bedroom door is hanging off the hinges. Can't get cold water out of my shower. Washing machines in their laundry room constantly breaking down, can't count the clothes I've had & my son have had ruined. This place is not worth the money they charge!

Why would I pay $1300 a month for a 697 square feet with a one bedroom and one bathroom when I can pay $895 for 800 square feet with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom? Just because we can see the skyline doesn't mean the price should be so high... My wife and I love our house, we live by a pond with swans, geese, ducks, trees everywhere and wildflowers, we made a nice garden, it's just so beautiful, it's not worth it living there at the university club when there are better places out there that's cheaper, if you guys lower your prices then you'll receive more customers and make more money, just saying... God bless you!

We have chosen to live at UCA three times for a total of about 8 years. We enjoy the views, the security and the cleanliness of the building and grounds. We think it is nice being close to downtown Tulsa and Cherry Street.We also are happy to have access to fresh air on our balconies which are fairly private, and the wall of windows in the living room.

I really enjoy a lot of the staff here but the building is in shambles. The fire alarm goes off every other day now. The elevators are constantly broken. The gates are always broken. Break-ins and stolen property with no working garage cameras is now an issue. The Vivint boys think the place is a frat house. The unpredictable homeless meander around frequently. Sinks are always clogged. The view is amazing but they havent cleaned the windows since I’ve moved in. Balcony was painted for some reason and now is full of paint chips and a rusty AC unit. Outside the view, the super nice laundry room, the central proximity to activities, and the friendly staff there isn’t much more of a selling point.

UC is a great place to live! We are in our early 30s and needed somewhere downtown, with secure parking, and close to a gym or recreation activities. This place checks the boxes. The location is near-perfect for Tulsa. You are 10 minutes to anything downtown or midtown, 15-20 to the airport, and 30 to basically anywhere else in Tulsa.Covered parking is great and parking on the street has been surprisingly pleasant too. Plenty of free options in this area. The facility is a bit older, but you mostly can’t tell. The gym, pool, and common areas are updated and clean. All of the staff have been helpful and kind since we have been here. The best part of the building is obviously the view. It should be even better once Zink lake gets filled up.You are 1 min from the RiverParks trail system that will connect you to The Gathering Place, Turkey Mountain, and most of Tulsa. If your bike breaks, just take it downstairs to the in-house bike shop and wrench away.

The University Club Tower is a residential high-rise building in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The building stands 377 feet high. It has 32 floors and was completed in 1966. It currently stands as the 8th-tallest building in Tulsa, and the 15th-tallest building in the state of Oklahoma.

I am absolutely in love with my one-bedroom apartment at University Club Apartments! The views from my bedroom, living room, and office space are simply breathtaking, and I get to witness the sunset every day. I enjoy utilizing the gym 4-5 times per week, and the pool is also a great addition during the summer months.The staff and maintenance crew here are truly exceptional. They are always willing to answer any questions I have and are quick to address any issues that may arise. I am particularly impressed with their level of professionalism and kindness.I hope to call University Club my home for a long time to come. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and well-maintained living space.

The Best Keeps Getting BetterI have lived at University Club for over three years and hope to be here many more. My view of Tulsa from over 20 floors up is breathtaking. My grand room is a full wall of windows and I love looking out across the seasons to see the changes in Tulsa. The apartments have recently added some very fun amenities. There is a wonderful area for dog washing, an exciting game room and an area for washing and drying larger items. I required washer/dryers in my apartment and they are great. I love the convenience of walking inside from the covered parking straight to my apartment. The pool is beautiful and the dog park allows for lots of canine friendships. Take a tour and you will fall in love.

I have been living here for a year and a half now and I just renewed my lease for another 18 months. Even though the rent might be slightly higher than your average Tulsa apartment complex, what you get in return is worth the extra buck. People here are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Views will always deliver. Maintenance and package services are always on time.

Living here at UC has provided more for me and my lifestyle than I could ever have imagined! Sunsets and sunrises are phenomenal! I couldn't believe the view for the city's fireworks display... neither could my friends and guests! Being able to see the weather change is quite amazing too! I can't wait to see snow showers from this view!!!
