The entire staff was courteous and professional. Plenty of room to maneuver. Load time was about 2 hours.

They’re bad place I came 10:10am and they give me dock door 1:00pm they loaded me till 4:00 pm I never comeback again plz be care full gusy and allso POD u waiting onther 30 minutes

We have been working with this facility for a little over a year now and they are great to work with. Employees are knowledgeable, hard-working, and friendly. Wait times are quick and our drivers report that this is one of their favorite facilities.

Loaded - 1 hrOvernight parking- NoRestroom - yesChecked in before the appointment.Only problem is i have 20 pallets to load & the guy who loaded me he don't know how to load in 53 feet trailer. He put all pallets, 10 in a row without splitting it. Later, instead of accepting his mistake, he wants me to go and do scale. If the load is over weight he will adjust it. I told him the problem is not over weight it's all about how you loaded my truck.Drivers, when you check in please let them know how you want to get loaded otherwise all weight will be on your front axle even though weight is not too heavy..

Nice place to pick up load..My oppiment was 7:30 amnd get in there morning 7:00 am ..they loaded me in two hours..nice friendly staff nd Garda shack

Don’t ASR’s your time here, unless you want to be like a robot and treated as such. The absolute worst management I have ever seen. The revolving door at this place spins so fast I am surprised it still works. They will waste your time, threat you like a number, and expect you bow down to them as if they are something almighty. What a joke this place is and so glad to see such great competition building up all around them. If there were zero stars that’s the rating they would get.

Checked in at 8:00 AM for a 2:00 PM appointment. They had me loaded and out the gate by 10:30. What's not to love? Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks United Warehouse!
