We have been the tenant since 2014. The previous building management provided good service and was always nice to work with. This has not been the case for the last few years. The current operation manager is always in very bad mood, he would walk away and turn his back to you when you were talking to them. The cleaning crew changes all the time, and loses the office keys, forgets locking the office doors after cleaning and does not vacuum the offices in days. After the cleaning crew lost our office key, the management replaced with a cheaper non secure lock for our office and told us to "maintain confidential files in a locking cabinet or drawers". Would give zero star for this kind of service. Will write more...

Out of all the property management companies our small business has worked with in Oklahoma and Arkansas this was the worst. Mike Estus, Michael Molencamp, and Ty Carey were extremely unreasonable and difficult to work with in the fallout of Covid. I do not recommend, there are better property management companies in Tulsa.

Very nice store. Lots of selection. Very friendly staff. Will go back the next time I’m in town. Fish tanks are clean and fish appear healthy.

Stay away from this company! All they care about is their corporate greed! With small businesses having to shoulder all the fall out of Covid without the bailouts big businesses like they got, they could care less. Pay up or I'll sue is their moto! Do not, repeat, do not do business with these greedy people!

I don't know where to even begin. Trying to start a small business and looked for a good location in the Tulsa area. Found serveral properties that I was interested in with 21st Properties and was treated with condescension. Mike acted like I was wasting his time and like he didn't want my business. Would not recommed to anyone!

Absolutely avoid this company all cost!!! Rented commercial property from them… Biggest mistake of my life!!! It was very costly and they are very unreasonable people to deal with!! There’s so much better out there property management wise it Tulsa!
