It may have taken a little longer than usual but the amount of effort Justin puts into to making sure the customer is taken care of is outstanding. I run a business myself and staff like that are definitely something to take pride in. They are there for more than just a check. I am more than elated with my luxurious 2025 Tucson.

Husband and I went in looking for a car for our teenager. Kris was our salesman and wasn’t pushy at all. We ended up trading in 2 vehicles for 2 new cars and are happy with the experience. Surprised Hyundai offers a 10yr, 100k bumper-to-bumper warranty, which is worth it with all the electronics. Jorge was the finance person and he was very nice as well.

Aside from Dan being a great salesman, everything else was a disaster. I came to look at a car, after all the paperwork was done, they said it was a loaner. I agreed to see another one, it was 10 PM, after 3 hours at the dealership. They came back and said that was a loaner, too. After about 4 hours and a lot of back and forth with the paperwork, I came to a car that they would give me from another dealer. The final car MSRP was lower than the one I looked at, I told the sales manager to lower the price to match, he had to haggle with me for a while to even get to the price I wanted. Then comes the delivery of the vehicle, I couldn't get it on time, so I told my salesman to leave it at the other parking lot. What I didn't expect was that the vehicle did not get detailed at all. The leather on the armrests had scuff marks on it, pretty dirty if you ask me. The outside looked like it was through a drive in the rain. All the plastic that they peeled off was left inside the cubby in the middle of the front seats. The windows had smudges everywhere, the worst part is the rear window didn't get cleaned at all, just all dust.

Last 2 service visits have been frustrating & disappointing for my 2021G90 Ultimate!
Mid December trip… as usual, did not have wiper blades & other parts for my car before 2 week trip to Ohio for the holidays,
Never called when parts were in… I had to call them which has become normal?
Last visit in Feb had to order parts for front & rear splash Guards under the G90 that were damaged.? Had to pay for parts upfront???
told 7-10 days delivery??? Lexus would have had there the next day or so for a lightweight part like this??!! Again, I had to call to see if parts had arrived? Never received a call?!
Then took 2 calls & 30 minutes on the phone with service & parts to get an answer. On arrival couldn’t find paperwork & confusion if they even had both parts?!

The work performed on my car was great, but the office Customer service was not great! Times have really changed. UPDATE: I had to take our car back in because the front end was still clicking while turning and backing up! Diagnosis: We are sorry, we missed that your boots on your axles are dry and need replaced also, total $2000 after you already spent $1200 on tie rods and bushings!

We drove from Dallas to Tulsa!
My wife recently purchased a car from Tulsa Hyundai, and I must say that her experience was exceptional, thanks to our salesman, Reginald. He demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the vehicles she was interested in. He patiently answered all of our questions and took the time to understand exactly what we needed.
Reginald’s customer service was top-notch. He never rushed her, ensuring that she felt comfortable with every step of the process. His dedication to making sure we found the right car was evident, and he went above and beyond to help us explore all of our options.
I rated a 4 instead of a 5 only due to her experience after purchasing the car. Her experience with the financial advisor wasn’t professional and resulted in contacting the General manager. His response to the situation was handled fairly well and with the suggestions to improve the advisor process, this dealership could definitely have a lifetime customer.
